I had another company replace my solo garage door spring about 1.5 years ago and it broke again last night. Way too soon in my opinion. They had an opportunity to do it right but didn't. That company no longer does business in KY. When Jeff Hoeffner from Precision showed up, he explained that I needed two springs (not one) and new rollers on the door. He showed me the wear and tear on the rollers and I understood how the new ones would lessen the drag and the noise. After he fully attached two new springs, he was still not satisfied given the weight of my door. He then took the time to re-install heftier springs to "get it right". I am very satisfied with his work ethic and attention to detail. P.S. I am a retired cop and I appreciated the confirmation email with pictures of the technicians. You guys rock.

Brian did a great job. He was thorough in his initial diagnosis. We called for a repair but ended up replacing both openers, they were 20+ years old. The new system is very quiet and Brian showed me how to use everything. He worked quickly, quietly, and cleaned up his mess. Thanks Brian!!
