Brian was very professional and very nice. He tried to repair our garage door opener, unfortunatly the mother booard was shot, so he had to replace it. IT WAS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAT WE HAD HOPED, but then most things are at this time in OUR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Thank you so much! Called a competitive company first to come out and repair broken garage door. I was told that they may or may not get to it today due to being slammmed for the Holidays??? I didn't see the relevance? Since I need to use car, etc., I found Precision on the web. Called and Marie answered and said no problem, they can have Brent come out within two hours. Sure enough, Brent arrived , repaired the door and everything is great. Great SERVICE!! Glen

I was extremely impressed with Mike from Precision Door Services who came out to help me fix our garage door opener. We had been struggling with the garage door not working for a couple months - to the point that one of the kids would have to close the garage door and run out the back door of the house when we were leaving. I had tried numerous times to fix/adjust the door - but it would only fix the problem for a day or two. I called Precision late on a Thursday night, Mike came out first thing on Friday morning and worked meticulously to fix our opener. I told him that I was fed up and glad to throw the old one away - but he worked on fixing our current opener to reduce my costs. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he was looking out for my best interest rather than just trying to sell me something. I will use Precision Garage Doors for my future needs.

We called on the Saturday before Christmas and got same day service. They emailed us our appointment confirmation and time slot. The technician called to let us know he was on his way and was very polite and professional. Upon liking their Facebook page, we received a money saving coupon. Another feature that is nice, is they email you the picture of the service person that will be fixing your door. I am very impressed any will definitely use again if needed.

I liked the fact that you sent me a picture of the technician that was coming before hand. The technician was very nice and knowledgable. Although it was not good news that I needed a replacement door opener, it was nice that he could take care of it right away. The installation was fast. It is nice to have my door working again. I put off getting it fixed for way too long.

Brian showed up 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. In today's business world, this happens less frequently than it should. He took the time to not only fix what was asked for, but performed a inspection of both garage doors and explain why I was have an issue on my single car garage door. He was able to fix this issue in another 10 minutes and made me feel comfortable that the problem has been taken care of. I will use Precision again, if I have any other overhead door problems.

My elderly parents needed a reliable garage door opener. Theirs had broken, causing us to have to lift the very heavy double door manually. We called Precision Door Service because I had talked with one of their technicians last week, who was so knowledgeable that he solved our problem at my home over the phone, saving us both time and money. My parents' door was repaired the same day we called for an appointment. Brent was our technician for both jobs. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, respectful, personable - and had the door opener expertly installed very quickly to our complete satisfaction - including power outage backup. It's a relief to have it working so perfectly, and to know that the company responds quickly and cares about backing up their product. We are thrilled with the results. Thank you!

I called for service at 11:08 and Brent was at my door right at an hour later (12:18). He checked the situation out and fixed it within an hour and a half. Brent was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I had called and left a message with a different garage repair company. I gave them 90 minutes and when they didn't return my call I called Precision and was greeted with a live assistant. Thanks Precision - you've won my business! P.S. After 2 days - the other company hasn't returned my call.
