Collin was not able to fix my door or provide the key pad. His was not compatible with the motor, nor did he have the weather stripping that would fit properly. He was able to get the door to close and stay close. He has to order the parts and said I would hear from you in a week when they arrive. He was very professional and kind. Well, precision means accuracy and exactness. When I called, the lady said that when the service person arrives, he would have everything on the truck needed to repair a garage door that day. I was impressed. No making another appointment next week while two vehicles were unavailable for use. Mr. Halibur was very knowledgeable and experienced and did a wonderful job. Also, that you for allowing me to pay the balance later in the month.

I called Precision because their ad said they would have someone at my house in 2 hours. When the garage door won't open, and your car is inside, you need help...fast! The repair man showed up even sooner than promised. We decided to replace the old wood door, all of the old mismatched hardware and the old, hadn't worked in awhile, opener. The door looks and operates great.

Brian did a good job getting the door to operate more smoothly. It had been starting and stopping and jerking and hanging up for the eight years we have been in the house. He found that the problem was in the way one of the braces was positioned. He built the brace out a bit and that seems to be the solution. It's not perfectly smooth now, but it's much better. There is a small wobble when the door is near the bottom, but I'm ok with that as long as it doesn't stop in the midst of opening or closing and as long as it doesn't hang up when first opening in the morning. Thanks.
