Efficient professional service. I called on a Saturday around 12:30pm and a service tech was at my house by 1:15pm. Several rollers had come off the track and the cables were frayed and broken. Part of the door was hanging down. Brandon knew exactly what to do and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. He was very efficient and professional. This is the second time I have used them, replaced broken spring first time. Service is excellent. Plan to use them to replace the door soon.

Have been having problems with my garage door/opener for weeks and the spring broke leaving me no choice but to call someone. I did not know until I called that service was available on Saturday without that overtime/weekend rate! Customer Service was fantastic and was quoted a time of a 2 hour window for arrival. Tommy Gatlin, my service technician, called on his way for an arrival time and immediately made me feel at ease and I knew I had made a great choice. I was on borrowed time with my garage opener as it was over 15 years old. He assessed my problem and made recommendations. I decided to have a new opener installed along with the repairs to my door/springs/etc. It was worth every penny! I didn't know a garage door would be so quiet! Scratch this home improvement task off my list! Can't thank you enough!

We had our garage doors (and openers) installed by Precision. On the rare occasions when we required service, they were at our home within the hour. Their service techs are knowledgeable, proficient, and personable. Their work is always top notch. We needed to replace door seals damaged by last winter's ice storm - the work was done quickly, and well. The tech even swapped out an opener light bulb that burned out during testing! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently had a garage sale and was very happy with the results until I began cleaning up. I was closing our garage door, and it went haywire! Apparently, it got "racked" and in the process of trying to continue to close it, the garage door motor broke. We called Precision and the Call Center efficiently scheduled us an appt for the next day. Brent Halbur, our technician, was prompt, very knowledgeable with all our options, and took a disheartening situation for me and actually made me feel good about having to replace the garage door opener! He went above and beyond to explain what was wrong, why, and provided a variety of options. If we ever need any additional services on our door or decide to replace it at any time, I will be calling Precision back and specifically asking for Brent!
