I contracted Precision because they offered a big deal on Angie's list. I was very surprised at the level of service their service tech gave. He did a maintenance on my door and installed a keyless entry pad. He even helped me program my car to the garage door (something I had been trying for some time) I just bought my house and the garage door is older so the door was wide open for him to need to do more than he came for. He was very honest and the only upsell was a remote for my older garage opener that I requested. Refreshing!

Collin was prompt and thorough. He answered all of my questions and helped me set the garage door opener on my car. I purchased the Angie's list deal for maintenance and installation of keyless entry. The weatherstripping was also replaced. I was very satisfied with the service and would use your company again.

Collin was not able to fix my door or provide the key pad. His was not compatible with the motor, nor did he have the weather stripping that would fit properly. He was able to get the door to close and stay close. He has to order the parts and said I would hear from you in a week when they arrive. He was very professional and kind. Hope to see things fixed soon. Thanks!

Well, precision means accuracy and exactness. When I called, the lady said that when the service person arrives, he would have everything on the truck needed to repair a garage door that day. I was impressed. No making another appointment next week while two vehicles were unavailable for use. Mr. Halibur was very knowledgeable and experienced and did a wonderful job. Also, that you for allowing me to pay the balance later in the month.
