Immediately told me ALL the issues with my present system before addressing the problem they was called out for. I could tell then that they were going to try and sell me something I didn’t need. All I needed was my remote programmed. But they were willing to sell me a new system for $1300.00! Same issue with my dad when he called them because his door would not open. He found out after he purchase a new key pad that all he needed was batteries. Watch out! ! !

One of my springs was broken and, of course, my car was locked inside. The tech was knowledgeable and concerned with keeping down the costs to me. I really appreciated that. He got me a three year warranty and explained how I could save money with annual maintenence inspections. His name was Kyle and couldn't have been better.

I chose Precision Door for two reasons. 1. I hear their commercial every morning while I'm getting ready for work. 2. I googled garage door repair near me and Precision was the first one listed. It said they were open 24 hours. It is currently Sunday and tomorrow is Labor Day. I sent a message and got a call maybe 15 minutes later saying a technician could come today! I was not expecting that! I was expecting to get put on the schedule but never in a million years did i expect someone the same day! Kyle, the technician, showed up in the time frame I was given. He fixed my door and installed a new opener that we purchased several years ago but hadn't installed yet. Kyle was very knowledgeable,, very professional and very nice.
