Booked a same day repair appointment and Kyle arrived in under an hour. He replaced our rollers and even advised against other unnecessary repairs. Kyle came out and fixed my garage door quickly and at a very fair price. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to get my door working. It was a rainy when my door got off track and stopped working so I didn't really want it stuck open for too long and letting rain in. I scheduled the appointment at 10:40 AM and he was at my house a little after noon that same day. Issue was fixed and my garage door was working again in less than an hour. Not to mention this was on a Saturday with no weekend upcharge. Thanks Kyle!

I checked the BBB rating and felt comfortable contacting Precision. My appointment was scheduled promptly and at a time that would fit my schedule. The office staff were friendly and helpful and explained how the charges would be implemented. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He knew how to fix my door and explained the charges before proceeding. He installed new sensors which fixed the problem with my door. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.
