Eric Mitchell was fast and efficient! I reached out to Precision on a Sunday because our spring had cracked on our garage door. They quoted me a time between 2-6p for same dam service/arrival. He was at our house within the hour and repaired the door within 30 min. I’m not sure of the pricing was reasonable because I didn’t call around since I wanted it fixed immediately. Either way, I’m happy with the fast service!

It was Saturday morning. I called six different garage door repair companies etc. No one could get to me to repair my garage door for many hours or until Monday. Panic sets in .I call Precision and long story short they are at my house in an hour. In and out in about 45min. Garage Door Repaired. I won’t forget this service .

The gentleman who came to service my garage door was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it very efficiently. Not only that, he taught me how to lubricate the tracks and hinges and how often it should be done. Equally as important, the cost of the repair was totally reasonable. My door was not closing properly because I backed into it accidently. I chose Precision several years ago when I needed to replace an old garage door. Once I made the appointment everything happened exactly the way it was agreed upon.
