Don't trust their web site where it says "fill out this form, and we'll call you back within a couple of hours". My garage spring broke on Friday, New Years Day. I went to their web site, filled out the form, and expected them to contact me no later than Saturday morning. No call Saturday, or Sunday, or even first thing Monday. The other company I contacted hadn't got back to me either, so I used the "chat feature" on this site, and someone did respond and had a person come out within two hours. The installer did a great job; no complaints with him at all. He got here on time, did the job quickly, found and fixed a stupid-installer-problem from when the door was originally installed. And replaced the broken spring (and the unbroken one, too, since they were 20 years old and rusted). It wasn't cheap. Another company was cheaper, but they were slower to get back to me.

Everything was done very professionally. Brent was on par with the time nessesaary to install opener. Brent also offered spring & roller replacement, without any pressure. Our technician, Brett, was very personable, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was not able to be there while the service was being performed but Brett called prior to arrival as promised, made my wife feel very comfortable and explained everything he would be doing while he was there. Brett did not hesitate to call me to address other issues he felt were important to insure that the garage door would be working more efficiently and much more quiet. Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.!
