More than satisfied with the service, promptness and the courtesy of the technicians. This is the second time I have had to have service in the last 6 months (not the same problem) and they have been available within 2 to 3 hours and prompt each time, even calling ahead of time to reassure me they were on their way.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the technicians. After an initial hiccup, they made sure that someone came out to the house the same day to finish the job. The actual installation went smoothly and I appreciated the extra effort given to figuring out how to program the antiquated door opener!!! Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.! Just had our broken spring replaced on our garage door, first one since door was installed in 1991. Brett Schultheis and his trainee Jeff were very professional and full of information. I had only one spring that was broken but decided to go with the entire update. springs, rollers, cabels. I am very pleased with Precision and will highly recommend them to all.

Expecting to have a remote opener replaced, however, our system was 22 yrs old and Brent, our technician, explained the value and benefit of having a new one installed. I had a problem with my garage door not staying closed. I just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Precision Garage company so I called them. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. I replaced a 22 year old garage door opener, had the chains replaced by belts and purchased new remotes. The quietness of the new opener with the belts is amazing. The technician, Zach Hornback, was on time for the appointment, told me what the price of the job was and how long it would take him to install before he started.
