Just had our broken spring replaced on our garage door, first one since door was installed in 1991. Brett Schultheis and his trainee Jeff were very professional and full of information. I had only one spring that was broken but decided to go with the entire update. springs, rollers, cabels. I am very pleased with Precision and will highly recommend them to all.

Expecting to have a remote opener replaced, however, our system was 22 yrs old and Brent, our technician, explained the value and benefit of having a new one installed. I had a problem with my garage door not staying closed. I just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Precision Garage company so I called them. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. We worked out a time when the technician could come. It was the same day I called. My technician was Brent Halbur and he was outstanding. Called me before he came and when he arrived, he was very professional and very pleasant. He told me what to do in the future. I would definitely call this company again and would recommend them to all of my friends.

I replaced a 22 year old garage door opener, had the chains replaced by belts and purchased new remotes. The quietness of the new opener with the belts is amazing. The technician, Zach Hornback, was on time for the appointment, told me what the price of the job was and how long it would take him to install before he started. I am very pleased with the service and the new opener.

I need the tech to come back and install another bolt on the weather strip. the last section is hanging down more than the other parts cause there is a screw missing, i understand his drill went dead, but i just noticed that the weather strip is sagging on the last part of it. Cant say I'm 100% happy, cause I'm still having the same problems i had before and after the tech left, granted its a situation with concrete, and he did replace the rollers, there is just still a gap, that I'm now paying someone else to repair.

Jason Padrick installed a PDS 800 garage door opener. He arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do, and then set about doing it. An hour later, the job was complete, it was installed neatly, the mess, and old garage door opener parts cleaned up. He showed me how everything worked on the door and remotes, explained keeping my receipt in case I needed the warranty. I would definitely recommend Precision Door, and Jason Padrick to do the install.

Your timely one-day response and very professional service call by Zach required a new opener to replace the sprocket shaft problem on my 13-year old unit. Mother board went out on our opener, prompting a check of companies doing repairs. Precision offered weekend appointments without extra service charges. The office person took my information and scheduled a Saturday morning appointment. The technician came when promised and after weighing my options (repair the 10 year old unit or purchase a new opener) it was decided to purchase a new opener. We decided on a belt-driven opener to replace our chain driven one. The technician installed the new opener and belt in about an hour. So far we are very pleased with the new opener, as it is extremely quite. I would recommend Precision to others.

Precision was recommended to me by a relative who had a favorable experience with the company. I too had a favorable experience with Precision this past week. Zack, a very knowledgeable Precision technician, showed up to replace door seals that were split, allowing water to flow easily into our garage with every storm. After a quick analysis of the condition of the units, Zack replaced the weak springs, worn rollers, worn door seals and adjusted the doors for easy opening and closing. The doors now work like brand new ones. Great job and thanks again Zack.

A rib on the garage door broke on a Friday night. Could not get the door to close. Had to leave the door open all night. On Saturday started looking for someone to fix the door. First couple of numbers I tried were closed for the weekend. I saw the site for Precision that said they were open on Saturday. I called the number and got a very professional agent who said that they had an opening from 3-5pm and that Brent would be the technician. Yeah, yeah, I thought. Well Brent called at 3:30 and said he was 20 minutes away. When he got there he got right to work. He gave me two options. Repair the door with reinforcing rods - 3 would be needed at $70 a rod plus $48 for service call. Wow, I was impressed. Not only did he give me the options but told me the cost. The second option was for a new door. At first, I opted for a new door but it would take a week to get it and then another week to schedule. He said he would reinforce the door so that I could open and close it for that period. He reinforced the door and did such a good job that I opted to not get the new door. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and service.

Absolute 5 star service!! Jason came out to replace a defective cable that was put on several years ago. He and the assistant in training that performed the work were very professional and a pleasant to be around. Jason was not only effective at the work he performed but made sure I understood everything and was at ease with the situation. I can't say enough how impressed I was at the quality of service displayed by Jason...he represented Precision very well, and Precision should understand that they are very, very, very fortunate to have him representing their company with the people in Louisville.
