Charged me but left with job incomplete. Company makes sure it is impossible to contact the tech directly. They charge $75 for a service call, but don't deduct that amount from services performed. The tech was literally at my house for 30 minutes if that. Sold me 2 tensioning cables. I was told today that they did a $150 maintenance package in 10 minutes, installed the 2 cables that were over $100, in addition to the $75 fee that I guess you pay just for the privilege of hiring them. I had to fix the door alignment after they left. I think they used my ladder. This was a ripoff at the most basic level for money versus services rendered. Would not recommend or ever use again.

I called Precision to repair a garage door after another large local company charged me for an unneeded service and failed to correct the problem. Derek was able to come out in a few hours and did an exceptional job identifying the problem, making a recommendation and completing the work; including installing new springs. Derek first gave me an estimate, explained everything he thought was needed and Precision worked with me to get to a price I could afford. Precision is now my go-to for any future work I may need on garage doors.

Great job. Another professional technician who explained what should be done to keep my garage doors working effectively. He efficiently completed the maintenance on both doors. I originally requested work to restore the remote operating of my main door. After inspecting both of my garage doors, he recommended making on both doors as well as reprogramming my remotes. I am very satisfied with Precision Door as I was when they replace the spring on my main door.
