Josh arrived on a Sunday in the two-hour window I was given when making my appointment. He replaced both springs, both bearings and two of the rollers. I got the five year warranty on the labor and parts they replaced. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

Outstanding service, less than 24 hours after calling, my garage door was repaired and good to go. The two people who did the work were courteous, professional and timely. Very pleased with timely response when calling for service. Service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He made suggestions in addition to the spring replacement needed and I didn't feel pressured with his recommendations, this is somewhat unusual with other types of service providers.
