We had used Precision years ago at another home and this was the first instance since then that we've had garage issues. Precision is the first and only I'll ever call. They're reliable, fair-priced and professional.

Service call was early but tech notified me about it. Price for service was high and when bill was paid by credit card, I was not notified of the 4% service charge for paying by credit card by the tech

I definitely and without hesitation would refer my family and friends to Precision Door for services. I was told when I first requested work on my broken garage door the approximate time a technician would arrive at my house and Dakota was there promptly. Dakota, the technician, was very professional, explained the problem, and completed the work to my satisfaction! I rate this company a five star.

I picked Precision because they were able to help me faster than other companies. Including the one that installed the garage door. They said they had 24 hour emergency service but no one could come down to let us out of the garage we were trapped in. And the earliest they could get to us was 3 days. Wonder why they advertise 24 hour emergency service. Next garage service will be first to Precision.

Tech was personable, knowledgeable & efficient. I was in Field Service as a photocopier Tech, then a field Network Analyst with xerox for all of my 40 yr. career. I know good field service when I see it and, a good Field Tech when I see one. Precision supplied fine service by a quality Tech. Recommended.

I’ve used you all twice for repairs on my garage door;; but this time, the technician told me the motor on the door needed to be replaced! He was honest and I appreciate that! He told me that it would cost 700 + dollars to replace said motor for garage opener!
