Highly recommend!!! Soon as my garage doors broke they came over and installed all new parts, new springs and new garage opener!!! Everything is WiFi and you can hardly hear the door open and close!!! Five Star ?? service and the super friendly technician explained everything before he started the job!!! Very pleased with timely response when calling for service. Service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He made suggestions in addition to the spring replacement needed and I didn't feel pressured with his recommendations, this is somewhat unusual with other types of service providers. I highly recommend Precision and will be contacting within next month or so for upgrade/replacements.

Jeremy W and Skip did a 5-STAR-JOB in installing my new 18-foot garage door. I had experience numerous problems over the years with the old one (about 12 years old) that was NOT installed by Precision. The only reason that I checked 4-STARS is that the new door is a bit noisier than the old one, which I did not expect. Maybe it will "wear in" after a while. I have had great service over several years from your Company, and have recommended Precision to others.

True to form, Josh arrived right on time yesterday to replace a broken garage door spring. My husband had called him directly on Monday to request the repair, not knowing it was his day off. He did not miss a beat in taking the call and forwarding the work order.
