I was told over the phone that the price of the springs include the labor to install. When the person arrived to install them he said that was not true and charged me an extra $65 of labor in addition to the service call fee

Your employee, Shawn, was on time and very professional. For days my garage door was opening on its own. I had to get up in the middle of the night and close it. I had no idea as to what was going on and knew it was time to call Precision. The problem was my remote. Shawn fixed it and I was able to get a good night's sleep last night. Came out the day I contacted them. They will charge you $65 to come out and give you a quote. The price for garage door opener and installation was double than other businesses. Not very happy with the pricing and then being charged for absolutely nothing.
