Thank you so much Tim the technician was right on time everything went so easy , I usually read reviews they are true Tim called me and told me when he would be her and he was right on time. I have an old garage door on my garage and have had Precision door technicians come out to my house, three times. When they came out today it was because of a warranty issue, but Dakota was very professional and took care of the problem very quickly. Technician arrived about one hour after I called. Checked out the entire system and determined that everything looked good except for the 24 year old Sears opener! Didn't make sense to repair a unit old. Technician systematically removed old unit and installed a new one, checking that it worked perfectly. Job well done !

I picked Precision Garage because when I had an issue years ago they came out same day and stayed until the problem was fixed and my door could open again. That's why I had them put in a new door when the time came. I've had a few issues with the new door but they were fixed. The service person who came today was professional and fixed the issues quickly. The door is now quiet and doesn't rub the top of the door when it closes. Was very happy with Alex.

My garage door torsion spring broke overnight. I called them first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. The technician, Tim May, was fast, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly! It was less than two hours total from first contact to completion of the job. SUPER impressed and pleased! Was shocked at the cost of door springs to replace my broken one. They were cheaper back in 2015 Dakota did a great job in replacing the springs along with end caps in a very timely manner. Also adjusted door speed which I think will help.

A spring broke on my Garage door on Friday evening 3/29/24. On the Saturday morning of 03/30/24 I went to your website and asked for an appointment. Your office called me within 30 minutes , scheduled a Technician to be at my house between noon and 2PM, today, the same day, he arrived at 11:30 AM and had the repairs done by 2PM. Jason Wallace was the Technician. You could not ask for a better person and better customer service. I used Precision before and will again. Good JOB, and Thanks.
