I called Precision today when my garage door spring broke and trapped my two cars inside. I couldn’t lift the 16 ft. door by self and I was very uneasy to Waite as my husband is confined to a wheelchair. I was relieved to find out they would come out on a Saturday. Kyle was early and very polite and courteous. He repaired our door timely and at what we felt was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I would give 5 stars but the woman who scheduled the service on the phone told me a different price that I would likely pay. Service tech was on time, fixed the issue quickly, and did not damage any property or make any messes. Very impressed with tech.

Very quick, great service. My garage door spring broke in the evening. I made an appointment through the website, and the next morning the springs were replaced, and the garage door was back in service. They had all the required parts and tools in their truck. Jason was great, answered all of my questions, and was professional. I highly recommend.

I checked the BBB rating and felt comfortable contacting Precision. My appointment was scheduled promptly and at a time that would fit my schedule. The office staff were friendly and helpful and explained how the charges would be implemented. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He knew how to fix my door and explained the charges before proceeding. He installed new sensors which fixed the problem with my door. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

Eric Mitchell was fast and efficient! I reached out to Precision on a Sunday because our spring had cracked on our garage door. They quoted me a time between 2-6p for same dam service/arrival. He was at our house within the hour and repaired the door within 30 min. I’m not sure of the pricing was reasonable because I didn’t call around since I wanted it fixed immediately. Either way, I’m happy with the fast service!
