This is the 2nd time I have used Precision for garage door repair. Both times service has been great. Schedule same day service, arrive on time and do professional work. Brent was tech this time. He replaced the necessary parts, adjusted the door and was finished quickly. Very professional - 5 STAR.

I called about replacing my garage door opener and the technician came out with 30 minutes of the phone call. Jason was able to install the garage door opener that day. He even made a special trip back to the store to get the part. He did a wonderful job and he just seemed like a great guy. I would definitely use this company again.

The serviceman explained all my options, and even showed the sensors that were out of adjustment. Of course, the door worked perfectly while he was there, but he did perform maintenance and checked everything out. The next day, the problem came back, but I was able to adjust the sensors shown to me, and I was back in business. I will recommend you to anyone that I hear may need your help.

Appointment availability met my needs and schedule. Emailed appointment confirmation included the assigned technician's name & picture, Jeff Goff. Mr. Goff complied with my request that he call me when he was on his way. He arrived as predicted. Mr. Goff was polite, pleasant and professional. He thoroughly explained the source of the problem. I decided to follow his recommendation of replacing both the springs & rollers. Now my garage door not only opens, but it does so quietly. I will request Mr. Goff if/when I have any future overhead garage door needs.

Jason Hardin installed some new springs on our garage door today. He was professional, informative, efficient and a great guy. Employees like Jason make it easy for customers like myself to dial Precision for any service on my garage door. More importantly, when I am asked about garage door work, your company will be who I recommend. This is the second job your company has done for me in a year and I can say the exact same thing about the employee who installed our new garage door motor last year.
