A five star rating for sales and installation. From beginning to end I was well informed on the products and what to expect from Precision. I was pleasantly surprised that their quote was considerably lower than the next closest quote. My installer Terry Luck was very efficient. I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door Service. Brandon was on time and finished the repairs very quickly. I liked that they guaranteed to be there in 2 hours and when I got an email confirming my appt. it included a picture of who to expect, so I would know my repairman beforehand. We had a broken spring and this is the second time this has happened since we moved into this house (10 years ago). The first time this happened we used a company that only gave a 90 day warranty. I love the piece of mind that it includes a lifetime warranty and he made sure all the other parts (cables, pulleys etc.) were also replaced. Excellent job!

I had no idea there was a company that repaired garage doors on a Sunday. I found Precision after an Internet search and was extremely pleased to be able to make an appointment for the same day!! The rep I spoke with was very friendly. The technician arrived early, explained everything thoroughly before getting started and was very cordial. Brent came out Monday morning 10 degrees outside. He quickly assessed the situation and provided multiple options with pricing.
