The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I chose Precision because of the online ratings and reviews. David called to say they were on the way. Within 15 minutes David and and an apprentice, Zach, arrived. Both were congenial, neatly dressed and wearing masks upon arrival. David explained the problem with the garage door opener so that I understood. He called the office for parts that weren’t on the truck and the problem was quickly eliminated. I would recommend either of these two gentlemen and Precision to all.

The price was too high and the only way to get the price I let the repairman have my grandson green machine ( like a big wheel) he then took 35$ off my bill. The same bill that he had no control to change just minutes before.

Found your company on line. Listed as service representative for Genie products. Everything went extremely well from the initial phone call to completion of project. The technician listened to my problem, asked a couple of questions, and then offered his solution. He explained everything he was going to do, and then demonstrated that his fix would indeed solve our problem. I asked for an evaluation of what things he would suggest we address to prevent future problems and he explained what and why. I am a retired Design Engineer and know when someone is knowledgeable and truthful. This young man was spot on with what he told me, and I had him perform all of the work he recommended Any future needs I have in this area will definitely will certainly be given to your organization.

I called on Friday evening 6/27 after my garage door came off track and wouldn't move up or down. Travis showed up at about 2:30 pm on Saturday and in less than an hour he diagnosed the problem and had my door working like new again. I was very pleased at how quickly Travis was able to get to me and repair my door. I would definitely recommend them.

Five stars enough. Travis did an outstanding job of educating us on our garage door operation, changing our remote openers and upgrading our system. Can't recommend Precision enough. Had our cables replaced, replaced steel rollers with nylon rollers and Travis realigned our garage door and got everything tuned up. Fantastic service!

Another job well done by John. John listen to me. I had a hard time speaking since I had a minor Stroke. He understood everything I was saying, if he didn't he politely ask me to repeat it. I've had precision out 3 times. The first time was to put the new door up, second time was 9 years later was to replaced a broken spring, and today was a automatic height adjuster that works with a backup battery. Precision is a great Company that I would recommend strongly.
