I found Precision through an Internet search looking for a company with good reviews for garage repair. I usually shop around and compare but five stars convinced me that this is who I needed to call. Dave and Zach were extremely courteous and professional from the phone call they made before arrival until they pulled out of the driveway. Our door was inoperable and off-balance and it works great. The workers offered helpful hints and advice as well, as they took the time to answer several questions that I had. While I hope to have no further need, I would call this company first without question.

Very professional service from David. He came in and quickly assessed the issue and performed a quick inspection of the garage door. He was very knowledgable and was training a new helper on his first day. Both gentlemen worked on the issue and had everything working well on the garage door within an hour. Very satisfied with the service and the knowledge of these two individuals. I definitely will call again if the garage door requires any further maintenance. Thank you for the great service.

This is the second time we have used you to fix a garage door problem, and once again we are very satisfied with the technician and your response. We called Saturday morning of a HOLIDAY weekend and was scheduled for later that day (no extra charge). Technician John called ahead to let us know when he was on his way. What should have been a quick normal replacement of a broken cable was complicated by the age of my garage door and it’s very rusted out bolts. John stayed determined to get the job done, and done right, no matter the time. Before he left, he even took the time to provide estimates for both new doors and for the replacement of the existing hardware parts. Thank you John!

My garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision was there by Saturday afternoon to fix it. My service tech (En) was very professional, polite, and respectful. He inspected the door and the opener, provided me with a list of the issues and the repair cost. He worked very efficiently and had the door fixed in no time. Saturday morning my wife went out to her car to go to work only to find that one of the springs on the garage door was broken, I was able to call Precision Door and within 2 hrs they had someone there to fix it. David Riedinger was great, he was courteous, he explained every thing that he was going to do, and also went above and beyond just replacing the springs. when he got here he also noticed that the Garage opener track was bent even thought he didn't have to fix it he took the time to straighten and fix it so it now works perfect, he also took the time to oil all the hinges and rollers, again he went above and beyond just fixing the springs. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and I will be telling my family and friends to call you if they have garage door needs.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice. I was amazed to hear that I could get same day service. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He checked the door, told me what was was wrong and gave me the price to fix it. I agreed and within a little bit the door was working great.

Precision has done good work for me in the past but disappointed on a recent door purchase/installation. After 3 call backs because the door was approximately 2 inches uneven, they told me it must be the house. I called Raynor and they had it within 1/2 inch after a small adjustment to the drum.

I give 4 stars to the response of the sales person. I give 10 stars to the installer Kevin who called before arrival and was early. Wore a mask, clean installation and showed me system and i paid by CC. I would gladly recommend your company to friend or relatives. I know you have to advertise but you can now remove me from the popups that are constantly being sent. Only first and last initial of my name can be used.

Timely service. They were able to get me in the morning that I called. Door works wonderfully. Service tech Josh W did a great job. Issues: Door opener seemed to be a bit pricey. And tech did not hand around to help me program door opener in my truck.
