Excellent service. They came earlier than expected. Explained the options, the techincan was very thoughtful and pointed out the items that needed service without pushing for an up sale. I just googled emergency garage door repair and Precision was the first one and that is how I selected you guys. I took a chance which I normally wouldn't do but needed it fixed fast. Overall was very pleased and tech was very pleasant and got to the point fast on what needed to be done. Now we will see how well it holds up for us and hopefully we won't have any issues with what we had repaired. I would refer Precision to other people and will I call again if I have any other issues with our garage.

Very nice man. knew almost immediatly what my problem was. fixed itand works great again. Still waiting on my reciept for work done. would be nice to have a reciept in hand before the technicion leaves.iwoulg give a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the lack of reciept!

We purchased a new garage door. Overall, service and quality (so far - we've only had the door for a few days) was great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when we ordered the door we were told it would come in 2-3 weeks and that someone would call us when it came in to schedule an install date. After 3 weeks I called and asked about the status of our door, I was told the door was in (I didn't ask when it came in). We scheduled an install date. On the date and time of the scheduled install I received a call saying that all the pieces of the door were not there, so we had to wait another week for the missing part(s) to come in and schedule another install date. After that everything was fine.

Collin was not able to fix my door or provide the key pad. His was not compatible with the motor, nor did he have the weather stripping that would fit properly. He was able to get the door to close and stay close. He has to order the parts and said I would hear from you in a week when they arrive. He was very professional and kind. Jeff was on-time. Called 30 minutes ahead of when he arrived. Went over the problem and solution. Knowledgable about the product. Started work and before you knew it he was done. Tested it several times for operation before his departure. Would ask for Jeff again.

I called for service at 11:08 and Brent was at my door right at an hour later (12:18). He checked the situation out and fixed it within an hour and a half. Brent was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I had called and left a message with a different garage repair company. I gave them 90 minutes and when they didn't return my call I called Precision and was greeted with a live assistant. Thanks Precision - you've won my business! P.S. After 2 days - the other company hasn't returned my call.

Sam was professional and was very eager to repair/replace my issue. I would like to have seen more troubleshooting and repair options before having to replace my unit. The quick appointment and repairs were very appreciated. Overall, I would recommend.

The garage door was exactly what I was looking for and more. The Installation was awesome and the install and quote technician were very helpful and courteous. However I never really heard much at all from the office personel once my deposit was taken. I had to call and make my own appointment and check any updates as far as door being delivered.
