Delighted to get next day service even on a weekend. Called as promised, arrived within the appointment window. Inspected the mechanisms and made a recommendation that pretty well matched what I was given and opted out of 9 months ago. All should be good for a long time.

The PGD technician who performed our garage door repair was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. I did feel somewhat that we were being upsold on the more expensive of the 2 repair options presented (which we took), so time will tell whether we made the right choice.

The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I appreciate the quick response time and service of the gentlemen! Thank you.

I give 4 stars to the response of the sales person. I give 10 stars to the installer Kevin who called before arrival and was early. Wore a mask, clean installation and showed me system and i paid by CC. I would gladly recommend your company to friend or relatives. I know you have to advertise but you can now remove me from the popups that are constantly being sent. Only first and last initial of my name can be used.

Timely service. They were able to get me in the morning that I called. Door works wonderfully. Service tech Josh W did a great job. Issues: Door opener seemed to be a bit pricey. And tech did not hand around to help me program door opener in my truck.

I found Precision while searching for garage door service companies on google. After talking to service tech David, I decided to purchase a new door rather than just replace trim and weather strip. David was very patient and informative. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was only due to the high price of the door. The process of receiving and installation of the door has not occurred yet so this review is only for the initial contact and discussion of the new door

Today your service technician came out to readjust my garage door to take care of a gap between the door & the door opening which took care of the issue of a gap that I felt was extra large, the reason I have not given a 5 star rating is due to the vinal/rubber strip on the outside of the door doesn't fit tightly against the door leaving a slight gap that still allows some light to be shown when the door is closed. Overall I are very satisfied with my Door that was installed in 2019 since I had a similar Overhead door installed in a home I had built in New Mexico in 2006

Don't trust their web site where it says "fill out this form, and we'll call you back within a couple of hours". My garage spring broke on Friday, New Years Day. I went to their web site, filled out the form, and expected them to contact me no later than Saturday morning. No call Saturday, or Sunday, or even first thing Monday. The other company I contacted hadn't got back to me either, so I used the "chat feature" on this site, and someone did respond and had a person come out within two hours. The installer did a great job; no complaints with him at all. He got here on time, did the job quickly, found and fixed a stupid-installer-problem from when the door was originally installed. And replaced the broken spring (and the unbroken one, too, since they were 20 years old and rusted). It wasn't cheap. Another company was cheaper, but they were slower to get back to me.

Jason was efficient and professional and explained everything he did (and why it was necessary). The only negative is that he didn't do a great job explaining the pricing of the repairs. I was told that I would get the "package deal" (to save me some money), but I was not informed on how much money I was saving, whether there were other pricing options, or whether or not I really needed all the parts in the package. Also, the price quoted up front was lower than the actual final price (which is annoying). All in all, though, I was satisfied with the work and overall experience.

The garage door was exactly what I was looking for and more. The Installation was awesome and the install and quote technician were very helpful and courteous. However I never really heard much at all from the office personel once my deposit was taken. I had to call and make my own appointment and check any updates as far as door being delivered.

I just googled emergency garage door repair and Precision was the first one and that is how I selected you guys. I took a chance which I normally wouldn't do but needed it fixed fast. Overall was very pleased and tech was very pleasant and got to the point fast on what needed to be done. Now we will see how well it holds up for us and hopefully we won't have any issues with what we had repaired. I would refer Precision to other people and will I call again if I have any other issues with our garage.
