Our service technician Ryan was incredible. He is the very definition of a consummate professional. We booked w Precision 4 hours before the UofL / UK basketball game after our booked technician with another company walked off within 10 minutes of showing up saying he forgot his tools and would have to reschedule. Booking late in the evening during March Madness is an almost unthinkable thing to do to anyone here in the local area. He took his time to make sure everything was installed correct, answered all my questions along the way, cleaned up the scrap materials, and showed me all the features of my new system. He could not have been more pleasant the whole time, even on a job with such short notice. I highly recommend this company and will recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door services. A , 5 stars, 10 out of 10.

On time, professional, quickly replaced the keypad entry box outside garage door. Did all the extra tasks I asked of him including showing me how to reprogram the keypad and remotes, replaced burned out bulb in overhead garage motor unit, checked door and greased where necessary and provided me an extra garage remote. Excellent communication and service to us. Very pleased with the entire experience this time from my calls to schedule the appointment and then to adjust the time to the actual tech on sight doing the work. Thank you for this!! Much better than some prior experiences 2-3 years ago.

I found Precision Doors on Angie's List with superior reviews. Prior to Angie's List, I had a garage door business rep. that was average and expensive for the small amount of work that was required. Precision Doors are on my 'favorites list' and I share this company with anyone that asks me about a professional garage door company. Their prices are excellent reasonable. Also, on the initial service call, the technician 'Brent' performed a tune-up, changed out the door rollers for needed reasons, adjusted the springs and a few other adjustments. Brent was on time that day and today. He is always professional, thorough, informative and just a super guy representing the Precision Door Company. We are very blessed and thankful.
