Ryan was schedules to arrive between 10;00 and 12. He called to let me know when he would arrive and indeed arrived at the precise time . He quickly assessed the repairs needed and explained what his recommendation for what he felt was needed beside the obvious broken spring.He finished the job in 1 hour and I was able to keep my commitment @ 1p.m.He is a competent and gracious employee.Based on that I would recommend Precision Services.

Installer did a great job; very professional. Our garage floor surface is uneven so required additional seal work (NOT the fault of the installer). The seal work was performed the next morning. Quality of door, motor, hardware and installation was excellent!

I've had issues with my garage door for a couple of weeks, and the door would not open at all this weekend. I called Precision around 9:30 a.m., and Brent was here by 11:30! He installed a new opener and fixed my door in about 2 hours - very professional, explained all prices ahead of time, and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!

Unfortunately, despite my providing her with a very comprehensive explanation of what I needed, and specifically asking whether this work could be done, turns out the appointment setter was unaware that Precision doesn't repair Wayne Dalton garage door torsion springs. This is why I can't give more than 3 stars. However, after Collin arrived, we discussed options and elected to replace the entire torsion spring assembly. The work was well done, he was prompt in arriving, the time taken to complete the task was minimal, and he was very courteous.

I apologize for the misunderstanding with our office in booking your repair appointment. Although we do work on all makes and manufacturers of doors and openers, sometimes we do have to convert the builder grade systems to a standard torsion. In your case it was a Wayne Dalton torque master system with an internal spring mechanism which are notorious for a short life cycle. To my knowledge most door companies wont replace these but rather do the torsion conversion because of the longevity issues. Thank you so much for your business, and again I apologize for the misunderstanding but I'm glad in the end we were able to get your door fixed right with a high cycle torsion system that will last for years to come. -Steve Van Dam

We purchased a new garage door. Overall, service and quality (so far - we've only had the door for a few days) was great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when we ordered the door we were told it would come in 2-3 weeks and that someone would call us when it came in to schedule an install date. After 3 weeks I called and asked about the status of our door, I was told the door was in (I didn't ask when it came in). We scheduled an install date. On the date and time of the scheduled install I received a call saying that all the pieces of the door were not there, so we had to wait another week for the missing part(s) to come in and schedule another install date. After that everything was fine.
