After a year of wrestling with my garage door openers trying to keep them operational one just completely failed. I was regretting the normal process I've followed to replace other appliances (off to a big box store, pressure to buy more than I needed, and then the hassle of getting a technician over for the install that fit my schedule). On a whim, I placed a call to Precision one day when I was home. They sent out one of their technicians (Brandon Duby) for a free estimate. Brandon arrived on time and quickly assessed my problem and gave me several options along with estimates. When I asked when he thought the could get back to do the work he said how about right now? Within 1.5 hours I had both garage door openers replaced with new belt drive models and a new external keypad installed and programmed. Brandon was great, very knowledgeable, worked fast and cleaned up after himself. He even hauled off the old openers and railings. Definitely 5-star service!

My Precision experience thus far has been great. After being treated very well by their national centralized call center, our local operator dispatched a technician who arrived on the early side of the time window we were given (within 2 hours of our calling). He was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the broken spring and adjusted the door tension perfectly. With confidence, we have ordered a full door replacement and new opener. I would recommend Precision!

Found Precision in Angie's List magazine. Noted that they do not charge extra for weekend service. Called at 9:00 AM and serviceman arrived at 11:30AM Saturday. In two hours garage door was repaired.

I am impressed with Precision. The technician, Brent, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He arrived on time, he completed the tune-up, replaced the exterior pad, and made us aware of problems with our current pulley system. We have a old home and old garage. The pulleys in the system have lost their bearings and the metal is grinding away. Brent gave us options to replace the lift system only or to replace the door inclusive of the door. He also programmed my husbands car remote! This was an excellent experience and I know we will be working with Precision again on one of the options Brent presented to us. Thank you!

Phoned Precision on Saturday and Brandon came out on Sunday. No extra charge for weekend service. Brandon was punctual, knowledgeable and fast. He diagnosed and explained our problem in minutes and had it repaired and working in less than 1.5 hours. Made the appointment by phone and received an email confirmation immediately. I really appreciated that the email included pictures of the technicians so we knew who to expect. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I'm sure others have done this too... but maybe I wasn't so awake one morning and reversed before the garage door was completely up? oh my... I called many garage door companies as I'm newer to the area and was not sure whom to call. Precision was the only one that could get out to our house on the same day. I was so relieved because the door wouldn't shut after I hit it and I was concerned about that. They gave us a time frame and were there on time.. not at the end of the time frame, but closer to the beginning! The service guys were wonderful and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. Great job. Great service. Great pricing.

I'm very pleased with Precision! I called on a Sunday night, talked to a live person, and had Brent at my home first thing Monday morning to fix my broken spring. I decided to go ahead and have him install the PDS800 garage door opener along with new rollers, etc to reduce the noise in the room above my garage. The difference is night and day! I can't believe how quite the new door is. Excellent communication from Precision (via email), quick service, great work, reasonable prices!
