Another job well done by John. John listen to me. I had a hard time speaking since I had a minor Stroke. He understood everything I was saying, if he didn't he politely ask me to repeat it. I've had precision out 3 times. The first time was to put the new door up, second time was 9 years later was to replaced a broken spring, and today was a automatic height adjuster that works with a backup battery. Precision is a great Company that I would recommend strongly.

Jeremy was great. Had all the information quickly and got the quote together within a few minutes. However, when I called to place a deposit, the corporate office couldn't help me. First time I have ever had a company refuse to take my money.... Said someone would have to call me back. I own a business and would NEVER let this happen.

I found Precision through an Internet search looking for a company with good reviews for garage repair. I usually shop around and compare but five stars convinced me that this is who I needed to call. Dave and Zach were extremely courteous and professional from the phone call they made before arrival until they pulled out of the driveway. Our door was inoperable and off-balance and it works great. The workers offered helpful hints and advice as well, as they took the time to answer several questions that I had. While I hope to have no further need, I would call this company first without question.

John was courteous and knowledgeable about garage doors. He gave me advice on how to keep my door working well. The cost was exactly what the customer service rep had told me, so there was no nasty surprise. I will call Precision again for any garage door problem I have in the future.

Precision was an excellent company from the sale of our new garage doors to installation. They listened to our needs and did not try to up sell us like other quotes we received from local companies. Everyone was professional and the pricing was very good. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional service from David. He came in and quickly assessed the issue and performed a quick inspection of the garage door. He was very knowledgable and was training a new helper on his first day. Both gentlemen worked on the issue and had everything working well on the garage door within an hour. Very satisfied with the service and the knowledge of these two individuals. I definitely will call again if the garage door requires any further maintenance. Thank you for the great service.

This is the second time we have used you to fix a garage door problem, and once again we are very satisfied with the technician and your response. We called Saturday morning of a HOLIDAY weekend and was scheduled for later that day (no extra charge). Technician John called ahead to let us know when he was on his way. What should have been a quick normal replacement of a broken cable was complicated by the age of my garage door and it’s very rusted out bolts. John stayed determined to get the job done, and done right, no matter the time. Before he left, he even took the time to provide estimates for both new doors and for the replacement of the existing hardware parts. Thank you John!

My garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision was there by Saturday afternoon to fix it. My service tech (En) was very professional, polite, and respectful. He inspected the door and the opener, provided me with a list of the issues and the repair cost. He worked very efficiently and had the door fixed in no time. I would definitely call Precision again if need be and recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

Josh is a truly a professional technician, he knows exactly what he is doing. Why? Simple, I observed him perform a functional safety check on every component part of the garage door system before and after he repaired it. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service!

I found your company online.... when I couldn’t get in touch with my previous overhead door company. Google showed almost 5 stars and i called. Holly answered the phone and was so very professional... got my appointment set up with a follow up email to confirm the appointment. It was so great seeing the names and pictures of the service techs on your staff. Travis arrived on time... was very knowledgeable. Suggested a repair I hadn’t thought of! He was fantastic and thorough! I am so glad i found your company! No complaints! Thanks you!

I was impressed with the entire experience. From the phone call to schedule (friendly and helpful person) to the actual repair that fixed the problem. The repair man, John, came the same day I called. He was friendly, personable, and kind. He informed me about the issue to where I really understood it, provided options, and let me choose what worked best. I would recommend Precision.

Saturday morning my wife went out to her car to go to work only to find that one of the springs on the garage door was broken, I was able to call Precision Door and within 2 hrs they had someone there to fix it. David Riedinger was great, he was courteous, he explained every thing that he was going to do, and also went above and beyond just replacing the springs. when he got here he also noticed that the Garage opener track was bent even thought he didn't have to fix it he took the time to straighten and fix it so it now works perfect, he also took the time to oil all the hinges and rollers, again he went above and beyond just fixing the springs. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and I will be telling my family and friends to call you if they have garage door needs.

Precision has done good work for me in the past but disappointed on a recent door purchase/installation. After 3 call backs because the door was approximately 2 inches uneven, they told me it must be the house. I called Raynor and they had it within 1/2 inch after a small adjustment to the drum.
