I found your company online.... when I couldn’t get in touch with my previous overhead door company. Google showed almost 5 stars and i called. Holly answered the phone and was so very professional... got my appointment set up with a follow up email to confirm the appointment. Saturday morning my wife went out to her car to go to work only to find that one of the springs on the garage door was broken, I was able to call Precision Door and within 2 hrs they had someone there to fix it. David Riedinger was great, he was courteous, he explained every thing that he was going to do, and also went above and beyond just replacing the springs. when he got here he also noticed that the Garage opener track was bent even thought he didn't have to fix it he took the time to straighten and fix it so it now works perfect, he also took the time to oil all the hinges and rollers, again he went above and beyond just fixing the springs. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and I will be telling my family and friends to call you if they have garage door needs.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice. I was amazed to hear that I could get same day service. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He checked the door, told me what was was wrong and gave me the price to fix it. I agreed and within a little bit the door was working great.

Precision has done good work for me in the past but disappointed on a recent door purchase/installation. After 3 call backs because the door was approximately 2 inches uneven, they told me it must be the house. I called Raynor and they had it within 1/2 inch after a small adjustment to the drum.

I give 4 stars to the response of the sales person. I give 10 stars to the installer Kevin who called before arrival and was early. Wore a mask, clean installation and showed me system and i paid by CC. I would gladly recommend your company to friend or relatives. I know you have to advertise but you can now remove me from the popups that are constantly being sent. Only first and last initial of my name can be used.

Timely service. They were able to get me in the morning that I called. Door works wonderfully. Service tech Josh W did a great job. Issues: Door opener seemed to be a bit pricey. And tech did not hand around to help me program door opener in my truck.

The technician was not able to fix the problem that I was having with programming the home link button on my Toyota. Then to matters worse he over heated the start capacitor my opener and didn't even offer to try and replace the capacitor.. The garage door won't open now. Now I am stuck with ordering the capacitor and repairing the unit myself.

Called Precision Friday afternoon. Not an emergency. They told me they'd have some out tomorrow, Saturday morning (no extra charge for weekends)between 8 and 10. Tech John called 7:40, said he was on his way. He was there at 8. Took him less than an hour to replace the broken spring, re-string the cables, inspect the bearings, etc. He explained everything he was doing. Very friendly, courteous guy. Great job.
