Your technician, who, by the way, was top notch, suggested using the rubber stripping across bottom of door. It works beautifully keeping cold air out and was more affordable for me. I always call Precision as they always do their best to please and do not leave you with a very over the hill bill. 5 stars. Your serviceman, Josh, called me when he was 10 minutes away. He checked out my problem and determined I needed a new motor and set up. He finished installing it in about an hour, and had me come out to reset the keypad. He was friendly, prompt, and finished the job in a timely manner.
