Easy to request a Saturday appointment online. Quick response and quick to get the new garage opener installed. Tech Jason was prompt, kind and knowledgable and even programmed all remotes before he left.

I found Precision on the Internet. I liked being able to talk to a "real" person and set up an appointment for same day service. In a very short time I received a call from Jason Wallace that he was only 20 minutes away. He arrived at 9:30 and completed the repairs by 10:30. He gave me options on what needed to be fixed and the cost involved. Jason was very knowledgeable and wasted no time finishing the repairs. Thank you to a very nice young man.

I had a great experience with Jason today. Jason was the person who installed my beautiful glass and metal garage door seven years ago. He is intelligent, articulate, and just plain nice to have in my home. My door has never had a problem and today was a pull of the cord and it was fixed. My door is the envy of my neighbors. Thank you Jason!

Technician was concise and to the point. Discussed the pros and cons of band aid work versus a new door. Decided to buy a new door.

Great company to deal with. They were quick to come out and our technician, Jason Wallace, was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, communicated well, and did everything he said he would do. This is my garage door team from now on.

Hi there and I do appreciate how easy it was to schedule the appointment. Also, the personnel who came out this morning was professional, informative, and helpful. However, although he did did some basic maintenance and added a surge protector, the garage is still making a the loud squeaking sound while opening. Me and the Precision personnel did actually check for this while he was here and it seemed as though the sound had stopped. But as my wife just returned home and opened the garage, it went right back to doing it again and then remained the same as I made more attempts at opening the garage. I would like for Precision to identify and resolve the issue. My total charge for the visit was right under $300.00. Not cheap at all, but I understand and was willing to pay for sure. But would like this item that I've mentioned to be fixed please. Please let me know if this can be scheduled soon? Thanks in advance. Amad Ali U.S. Army (ret)

I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. Jason was very professional & honest. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. He told me it is still good & I should get another few more years out of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS SENT TO MY RESIDENT FROM PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND EVEN GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO MAINTENANCE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE CALLED FOR SERVICE FROM PRECISION AND I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN WITH ANY FUTURE REPAIRS FOR MY GARAGE DOOR. I AM THANKFUL THAT I CALLED THEM! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We have used Precision each time we have had a garage door issue. They are consistently prompt, reliable, dependable and very professional. Today they responded quickly to my problem, assessed the repairs needed and provided me with options. They were able to fix the issue right then since they had all the parts they needed on their truck. I will continue to contact them any time i have a garage door need.

A spring broke on my Garage door on Friday evening 3/29/24. On the Saturday morning of 03/30/24 I went to your website and asked for an appointment. Your office called me within 30 minutes , scheduled a Technician to be at my house between noon and 2PM, today, the same day, he arrived at 11:30 AM and had the repairs done by 2PM. Jason Wallace was the Technician. You could not ask for a better person and better customer service. I used Precision before and will again. Good JOB, and Thanks.

YOUR SERVICE MAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE WENT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED OF HIM EXCEPT HELPING ME UNDERSTAND HOW I COULD BE SO STUPID AS TO NOT OPEN MY DOOR WHEN I WANTED TO GO OUT. i WOULD RATE HIM TOP QUALITY EVEN THOUGH HE IS NOT A RELATIVE OF MINE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR A RAISE PRETTY SOON.

I chose Precision Door for my new garage door opener installation based on the great experience I had with them at a previous residence. They provided the same quality service with this job. Jason, the Precision tech, was very knowledgeable, finished the job in a timely manner, and left a clean work site

Jason Wallace replaced two very noisy overhead garage door openers. Did an excellent job! Several years ago, we had Precision replace doors and openers at our previous home. We were always pleased with the work they did so we contacted them to replace these openers that are in our new home. Thank you!

Jason was our technician today. He showed up promptly and began work immediately, explaining not only what was needed but why. When he finished he took the time to go over a few maintenance issues that I could take care of myself. He was pleasant and professional. I have every confidence that his repair was thorough. I highly recommend Precision as we’ve always used them in the past and have never been disappointed.
