Our garage door broke last night and Precision was able to come out to fix it the very next day. They gave me a window of 11-1 and Jason was here right at 11. He inspected the door, explained the issues and itemized the repairs. Jason was thorough with the repair and very experienced and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repair.

Thank you Precision Garage Door- detailed and professional service by Jason Wallace. Jason arrived on-time and quickly and efficiently identified the issues with my current installation, explained and recommended choices for me to consider to fix the issue to my satisfaction, and upon my choice provided friendly and informative installation of my new opener and lower garage rubber seal/coping. Jason also gave me troubleshooting tips to consider for the future, taking into account that I am a survivor of multiple combat concussive-blast/TBI events. I will not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door for my future needs and Jason Wallace is among the best of any professionals whom I have had the pleasure to meet in a lifetime of experience serving my country, and working with people. Thank you!

Your Associate, Jason Wallace, was very knowledgeable about the mechanism that he was installing. I have complete confidence in the work that he provided. He was very helpful, respectful and courteous. I highly recommend this company, for garage door issues, especially if all their associates are as capable as Jason.

Prompt response to my broken garage door springs. Quick repair. Very professional technician. I feel that the price for this service, although greatly appreciated, was excessive.

I am concerned that the frame holding the garage opener is not going to hold the door . The frame is bended and twisted. When I call the Manager Rick May I was told that the technician is going to come to my house tomorrow. The manager refused to take my call .

Charged me but left with job incomplete. Company makes sure it is impossible to contact the tech directly. They charge $75 for a service call, but don't deduct that amount from services performed. The tech was literally at my house for 30 minutes if that. Sold me 2 tensioning cables. I was told today that they did a $150 maintenance package in 10 minutes, installed the 2 cables that were over $100, in addition to the $75 fee that I guess you pay just for the privilege of hiring them. I had to fix the door alignment after they left. I think they used my ladder. This was a ripoff at the most basic level for money versus services rendered. Would not recommend or ever use again.

Jason was on time. He was very professional and made the repairs that I selected from the list of options he gave me. I am very happy with the results. He told me that if I have any problems or need any adjustments, he would be the one that would come back if needed. I saw commercials on TV. Happy with the way the garage looks and sounds great. Glad I called Precision Garage Door. Thank you.

When I received no call back from previous garage company I called Precision from ad in phone book and was able to arrange a service call same day even though it was a Saturday. Service men called before coming giving me time of their arrival, Even though I had a major repair gentlemen were knowledgeable and made repairs to my satisfaction explaining needed repairs and cost of same. Very knowledgeable and performed repairs in a timely manner and very courteous. I will definitely tell my friends and family how efficient and pleased I was of your service.
