Had a spring break on Sunday 11/10/24. Called Monday 11/11/24 at 8:30 AM, they were here and gone by 10:45AM. That is what I call service. Kudos to Jason Wallace the Service Tech, he was very professional and explained everything. Would give more than 5 Stars if I could.

Once technician arrived, he was very professional, friendly, polite and extremely efficient. He provided me with the cost of the needed repair, and proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick manner. After the repair was made he suggested other things that should be addressed in the future and preventive maintenance suggestions, without any pressure. Price was fair and the service was exceptional.

We have used Precision Garage Doors for years and they have repaired and replaced parts as needed over the decades. I was offered several services more than the initial order that I found to be time-saving if I had it replaced now instead of a few years from now. Response time was good considering my remote stopped working and I had to leave open my garage at night. The technician was very knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in him. Springs an cables were examined for safety.

I’m have serious concerns with the knowledge and quality of work. I called Precision to do regular maintenance and install and program a remote keypad. Wasn’t able to program a new remote and 10 days later a spring snaps and Precision charges me over $1100. to fix it. I’ve never had an issue with this over head door until Precision messed with it. Not Happy.

Our maintenance committee at ambassador East condominium saw your tv ad about having everything you need in your truck to fix broken Springs . we average new Springs about every two years so I called your office to have a representative come and look at our door. Our garage door spring broke and Precision Door had a very courteous young man out in what at the most was maybe 1 1/2 hours tops. You can also follow the actual live progress that the service tech is making on the way to the customer. Jason was friendly, courteous and completed the repair quickly and fine tuned the spring tension. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service repair.

I found Precision on the Internet. I liked being able to talk to a "real" person and set up an appointment for same day service. In a very short time I received a call from Jason Wallace that he was only 20 minutes away. He arrived at 9:30 and completed the repairs by 10:30.
