Jason the tech was outstanding! Not only did he repair the door in a timely manner, he showed up on his way home for the day so I could have the door fixed before my scheduled appointment the following morning. Much thanks Precision Doors.

Your technician installed a new opener for us a couple of years ago. Larry called to ask first a visit and Jason said…I think I can fix it over the phone-he was on his way to another appointment. He told Larry to go outside and look at the control panel. He fixed it!! Turned out it was set on lock mode!! People comment on how quiet our opener is!!

Jason arrived on time and got right to work with Gunner. They quickly assessed my situation and made good recommendations. I opted to replace the springs, top bar, rollers and cables. They completed the work in a timely manner. Very pleased with everything.

Had a very pleasant experience with my first experience with Precision Garage Door today. I made an appointment on a Sunday evening on line for early Monday morning and immediately received a confirmation. On Monday morning early I received a text from the employee that was going to do my repair and he notified me that he could come an hour earlier than I had requested. He arrived at 8 am and had repairs done to two of my garage doors by 10 am. He was very polite and pleasant. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service for any future issues with my garage doors!

Made the appointment online and Jason called me and said that he was on the neighborhood and could come over. Unfortunately I was on my way to Lexington so he came the next morning. We had a spring broke and the motor was smoking. Jason looked it over let me know what needed to be replaced and the price. He also looked at the other door and did some preventative maintenance on it. Finished in about 2 hours. Reprogrammed all the remotes including the car and we got a universal remote. Thanks again Jason.

They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I got several options for a solution. They even tried to put a temporary fix on the door to get us by until we can get a new door. I really appreciate the fast response and the helpful attitude. Great company to work with!!

I’ve used Precision many times for my garage door repairs. They are consistently professional and courteous. This last visit was with Jason. He showed up when promised. He presented me with my repair options and explained the pros and cons of each option. He was patient with all my questions. The work was completed quickly and accurately. I would definitely recommend Precision.

I was not familiar with Precision when I called, but I was looking for a company that could fix my garage door, at a fair price and as soon as possible, since the door would not open. I was surprised, when their representative showed up, within an hour, and repaired my door at a very good price. He was very knowledgeable of his products, and was able to help me make a couple of decisions.

Work was excellent and technician was very knowledgeable. The price of the work done was very high. Charging $50.00 for a pully blew me away. Overall, work was great, but your pricing was terrible. Will probably noy use Precision doors again.

I was charged 235.70 to replace faulty sensors. $220 for a Liftmaster safety beam kit $15.70 fuel disposal and shop supplies Less than I/2 hour time spent on job. Liftmaster safety beam kits can be purchased for under $50 and I don't know what the $15.70 charge was for. A service charge of $89 was supposed to be free according to a coupon on Precision web site. This charge is excessive.

I called and asked a price for an opener install of my own opener. I was told $225, then I called again to ask a question and was told there would be an $89.99 service fee. Jason came out and did an ok job. When he quoted the job onsite it was over $560.00. I called and asked for a supervisor and when I got a call back it was Jason, the technician. I called again and still was not given to a supervisor above the technician. Poor customer service.

The primary reason I chose Precision is quality equipment along with quality installers. Our installer Jason is a clutch player helping out when it's late and the weather is cold. I appreciate Precision stepping up big time.

Jason was great. He explained how the spring went bad and it had popped off. He even showed us a little bit about the motor and how we could use it which was a huge benefit to me since my husband passed away several years ago. I was so impressed with the job that was done and how professional Precision was in repairing my garage door. Thank you and especially Jason for his work. He is a great representative for precision. I will certainly use your company in the future.
