I called their office at 7:30 am and had a technician (Tommy) at my door at 9:15 am. Tommy showed me all of the areas that needed fixed and took care of all of them in a short amount of time. Tommy was very polite and knowledgeable.

Called at 6:30pm Friday because the door would not open. Brent arrived around 9 pm...the other nice thing is...he called an hour before his arrival to let me know when he'd be there. Upon his arrival, Brent was professional and had my door open and operating in less than 5 minutes!

We had used Precision before when we had problems with our springs. When the garage door opener finally fell apart, we called Precision again. Our service technician was extremely professional and installed a new opener for us and replaced our springs again, which were going bad, and installed a keypad. We were very impressed with the job done and felt the price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again if the need arises!

Our garage door broke Friday night and we were very happy that Collin was able to come in on such a short notice at 9pm on a Friday night. He was very professional and explained all of our options. I was definitely very satisfied with how fast we were able to get someone to come in and present all of our options. Contacted Precision because they advertised they would come nights and weekends for no extra charge. They were out on a Weds night within 2 hours of our call. I just googled emergency garage door repair and Precision was the first one and that is how I selected you guys. I took a chance which I normally wouldn't do but needed it fixed fast. Overall was very pleased and tech was very pleasant and got to the point fast on what needed to be done. Now we will see how well it holds up for us and hopefully we won't have any issues with what we had repaired. I would refer Precision to other people and will I call again if I have any other issues with our garage.

On time, professional, quickly replaced the keypad entry box outside garage door. Did all the extra tasks I asked of him including showing me how to reprogram the keypad and remotes, replaced burned out bulb in overhead garage motor unit, checked door and greased where necessary and provided me an extra garage remote. Excellent communication and service to us. Very pleased with the entire experience this time from my calls to schedule the appointment and then to adjust the time to the actual tech on sight doing the work. Thank you for this!! Much better than some prior experiences 2-3 years ago.
