My garage door broke where the opener was connected to the door (kinda). There was no way to open the garage door. The service person came out within an hour of calling and took care of the issues. It was late, around 7-8PM and he was there until it was fixed. Great job, no mess, honest pricing. I am very satisfied. I don't remember the name of the person, but he was very thorough and pleasant even though it was hot and got dark before he was done. Will use this company again.

I contracted Precision because they offered a big deal on Angie's list. I was very surprised at the level of service their service tech gave. He did a maintenance on my door and installed a keyless entry pad. He even helped me program my car to the garage door (something I had been trying for some time) I just bought my house and the garage door is older so the door was wide open for him to need to do more than he came for. He was very honest and the only upsell was a remote for my older garage opener that I requested. Refreshing!

Collin was not able to fix my door or provide the key pad. His was not compatible with the motor, nor did he have the weather stripping that would fit properly. He was able to get the door to close and stay close. He has to order the parts and said I would hear from you in a week when they arrive. He was very professional and kind. I called Precision because their ad said they would have someone at my house in 2 hours. When the garage door won't open, and your car is inside, you need help...fast! The repair man showed up even sooner than promised. We decided to replace the old wood door, all of the old mismatched hardware and the old, hadn't worked in awhile, opener. The door looks and operates great.

Brian did a good job getting the door to operate more smoothly. It had been starting and stopping and jerking and hanging up for the eight years we have been in the house. He found that the problem was in the way one of the braces was positioned. He built the brace out a bit and that seems to be the solution. It's not perfectly smooth now, but it's much better. There is a small wobble when the door is near the bottom, but I'm ok with that as long as it doesn't stop in the midst of opening or closing and as long as it doesn't hang up when first opening in the morning. Thanks.

Very impressed with the quality of work and how quickly my problem was handled. On a holiday the broken spring was indeed repaired in less than two hours after I placed the call. The technician, Brian, was very good. My only negative would be the shock of the cost. Very expensive.
