The service was excellent. Brent was prompt, very professional and personable. He called when he was a few minutes away. Arrived right on time, looked at what needed to be done, discussed with me then went right to work. The spring had broken. It was done in 45 minutes. I highly recommend Precision!

Our technician, Brett, was very personable, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was not able to be there while the service was being performed but Brett called prior to arrival as promised, made my wife feel very comfortable and explained everything he would be doing while he was there. Brett did not hesitate to call me to address other issues he felt were important to insure that the garage door would be working more efficiently and much more quiet. His recommendations made sense, were easy to understand and true to his word the door now works better, and may I add much more quiet, than ever before. Job well done Brett !!! I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door service

I was very pleased with the service provided by the technicians. After an initial hiccup, they made sure that someone came out to the house the same day to finish the job. The actual installation went smoothly and I appreciated the extra effort given to figuring out how to program the antiquated door opener!!! The technicians were pleasant and never made it apparent that I might have been bothering them with too many questions!!! ))))

Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.! Great guy, great attitude, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call on you all again should the need arise, and will recommend you all to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Just had our broken spring replaced on our garage door, first one since door was installed in 1991. Brett Schultheis and his trainee Jeff were very professional and full of information. I had only one spring that was broken but decided to go with the entire update. springs, rollers, cabels. I am very pleased with Precision and will highly recommend them to all.
