We were extremely pleased with Precision. We did minimal research RE: Overhead Garage Door, Installation, Repair, and Motor. After calling around for quotes upon our overhead garage door motor going out. Precision gave us the most reasonable quote considering our needs. We appreciated the honest-broker Pete (our installer) was and he never attempted to oversell us. Other companies did. We actually purchased extra upgrade items because we save money because Precision advised our overhead garage door is still in good shape.

The tech was on time, and seemed very knowledgeable about the product. I told him I was looking for a whole new garage door and opener. He gave me a price which I thought was a very good price. The installation should take place in one week. So far, I'm very pleased.

These folks understand and execute excellent customer care and service. Dispatched service tech in a day, Blake was on time, evaluated the situation and made recommendations for not just fixing the broken spring but long-term continuing use on a door that gets used a lot. He gave us the option to replace the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. Yes, that sounds like overselling, but we didn't want to have to deal with further problems with over 14 yr old original parts that were obviously low budget. I will definitely be using these folks for any future garage door problems, which we hope to not have for many years.

We had used Precision several years ago at another home in the area and been totally satisfied. I decided to check with HomeAdvisor to confirm they were still in good standing. We called them and the response time was impressive. The following day they completed all the repairs and updates, including a new, very quiet opener. Opener, cables, spring, rollers, and reset the door.

My only point of contention is that, even after two requests, you did not send me the itemized invoice from the appointment on December 8, 2016. My charge that day was $588.00 and I certainly deserved to know exactly what was done.
