We called them and the response time was impressive. The following day they completed all the repairs and updates, including a new, very quiet opener. Today I had Precision Garage Door's technician Jeff come out to add tension to my garage door springs. He was prompt and on time and extremely professional and did a great job. Turns out we have a mutual friend which was pretty awesome and brought back some great memories. Back in September of 2016 my spring broke on the door and the ONLY company to answer my call with a real live human being (not an answering machine!) was Precision Garage Door. The CSR got a technician out the very next day and quickly replaced the springs, rollers, spools and cables in under an hour. Trust me, there's no garage door company out there that can compare to Precision Garage Door. They are there when you need them. Thank you for your help in my time of need. Quality parts, quality people and very professional and polite people. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called about replacing my garage door opener and the technician came out with 30 minutes of the phone call. Jason was able to install the garage door opener that day. He even made a special trip back to the store to get the part. He did a wonderful job and he just seemed like a great guy. I would definitely use this company again.

The serviceman explained all my options, and even showed the sensors that were out of adjustment. Of course, the door worked perfectly while he was there, but he did perform maintenance and checked everything out. The next day, the problem came back, but I was able to adjust the sensors shown to me, and I was back in business. I will recommend you to anyone that I hear may need your help.

Mr. Goff complied with my request that he call me when he was on his way. He arrived as predicted. Mr. Goff was polite, pleasant and professional. He thoroughly explained the source of the problem. I decided to follow his recommendation of replacing both the springs & rollers. Now my garage door not only opens, but it does so quietly. I will request Mr. Goff if/when I have any future overhead garage door needs.
