**** I was very satisfied with the service I received in installation of a new garage door. Your technicians worked around problems I had with an older garage. I was surprised, though, that the garage door did not include a handle for the door. The technician thought that I would be able to open and close the door with the automatic garage door opener that was in the garage, but that opener has not worked since I bought the house. He did not have a handle with him, so I had to wait for it to be installed. No one came back to install the handle so I called Jeff. He said they would schedule the handle to be installed but that it would be an additional charge! This was news to me, but it is the first garage door I have had to purchase, so maybe I just don't know these things. It should be explained up front to customers so they are aware of the extra charge. I waited 4 days and no one came, so I called your company and scheduled the door handle installation. I was not charged for the handle for which I am grateful, being retired and having to watch every penny. Except for the hiccup with the handle, I was satisfied with the service and the technicians were great!

Brent was on time, saw the problem we wanted fixed, and during his inspection he discovered other issues that needed maintenance and replacement. We were very happy he took the time to look at the whole door, not just the item we asked to be fixed. I have used Precision Door twice in the last year, the installation of a Garage Door Opener and a separate installation for new torsion springs. Their tech reps. are efficient, arrive on time and clean up. Precision is not the least expensive contractor out there for this type of work, but when a problem developed for me, the Owner jumped in to resolve it
