I was experiencing noise issues with my garage door opener and found your ad in the Yellow Pages. Your timely one-day response and very professional service call by Zach required a new opener to replace the sprocket shaft problem on my 13-year old unit. Zach explained the repair and provided the necessary instructions to operate the new remotes. I really appreciated the 5-star service and intend to recommend you to family and friends. Mother board went out on our opener, prompting a check of companies doing repairs. Precision offered weekend appointments without extra service charges. The office person took my information and scheduled a Saturday morning appointment. The technician came when promised and after weighing my options (repair the 10 year old unit or purchase a new opener) it was decided to purchase a new opener. We decided on a belt-driven opener to replace our chain driven one. The technician installed the new opener and belt in about an hour. So far we are very pleased with the new opener, as it is extremely quite. I would recommend Precision to others.

Precision was recommended to me by a relative who had a favorable experience with the company. I too had a favorable experience with Precision this past week. Zack, a very knowledgeable Precision technician, showed up to replace door seals that were split, allowing water to flow easily into our garage with every storm. After a quick analysis of the condition of the units, Zack replaced the weak springs, worn rollers, worn door seals and adjusted the doors for easy opening and closing. The doors now work like brand new ones. Great job and thanks again Zack.

A rib on the garage door broke on a Friday night. Could not get the door to close. Had to leave the door open all night. On Saturday started looking for someone to fix the door. First couple of numbers I tried were closed for the weekend. I saw the site for Precision that said they were open on Saturday. I called the number and got a very professional agent who said that they had an opening from 3-5pm and that Brent would be the technician. Yeah, yeah, I thought. Well Brent called at 3:30 and said he was 20 minutes away. When he got there he got right to work. He gave me two options. Repair the door with reinforcing rods - 3 would be needed at $70 a rod plus $48 for service call. Wow, I was impressed. Not only did he give me the options but told me the cost. The second option was for a new door. At first, I opted for a new door but it would take a week to get it and then another week to schedule. He said he would reinforce the door so that I could open and close it for that period. He reinforced the door and did such a good job that I opted to not get the new door. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and service.

Absolute 5 star service!! Jason came out to replace a defective cable that was put on several years ago. He and the assistant in training that performed the work were very professional and a pleasant to be around. Jason was not only effective at the work he performed but made sure I understood everything and was at ease with the situation. I can't say enough how impressed I was at the quality of service displayed by Jason...he represented Precision very well, and Precision should understand that they are very, very, very fortunate to have him representing their company with the people in Louisville. We have had continued garage door issues and hired another local company who told us that we needed to replace the opener (that was only 4 years old). The Precision Technician arrived on-time and within a few minutes had a creative idea to solve the problem. The door has been opening and closing great for a week now. I would recommend them for the knowledgeable staff and reasonable price.

I am very pleased with the courteous service and garage door repair service provided to me by Brett, technician from Precision, and would rate him a 5. I also appreciated him providing maintenance service on my other garage door to prevent future problems and suggesting and installing a keypad for extra convenience in providing access to the garage for family members without having to carry a remote. The costs for the repair and other services was very reasonable and well worth it. I also appreciated the woman employee (do not know her name) who answerered the phone at Precision when I called yesterday afternoon to seek an appointment time for a technician to come to my home and to fix the garage door. She was very courteous and gave me an appointment for the next morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. I would definitely recommend Precision to others and would give tham a 5 rating without reservations.
