I was extremely satisfied with the service and technician from Precision Door Service. Service was called due to garage opener system failure. Collin, the technician, was very personable. He explained the problem and due to age (23+ years) of existing garage opener mechanism, I purchased a new system. I thought the price and service was excellent.

From the telephone operator to our estimator we were pleased with the professional and friendly staff we experienced. We were able to get a quote the same day we called, actually within an hour of calling. Our estimator Chance was courteous, quick, and informative. We were sold exactly what we needed and were not pressured into a more expensive product. We put down a deposit immediately. We are so excited to get our new door installed!

Great service. Chance identified the problem immediately. Line of path for sensors blocked by snow shovel. Along with identifying the issue he checked the remotes for proper service and re-educated me on the wall panel, especially the lock and unlock button. Thanks to him I should not have any further problems anytime soon. Even recommended where to get garage door lubricant. Great professionalism. Mike H.

Outstanding job Chance! He was able to arrive a little earlier than dispatch projected. Chance replaced our broken springs and discovered a plastic bearing that should never have been installed when the garage door was first installed years ago. He replaced that bearing and serviced the door rollers. Now, instead of hearing the garage door open across the house, we only hear it if we are in the garage itself. Wonderful job!
