When I mentioned to my daughter - who just moved out of Glenmary East - that our garage door broke - she told me that you had serviced theirs and was a reasonable price. It was a Sunday that we needed service - and my call was actually answered by a human being and was told a window of 12-2 that someone would be there and it was already @ 10:30 am - the technician was there right about 12 - and finished within 1.5 hours. We were very appreciative that it could and was fixed on Sunday.

Both guys were great. They tried to find me a less expensive solution, but alas, not their fault. I just ordered a new garage door. IF there is anyway the new door could be put in in less than the month they said it would be, I would really appreciate it, as I cannot open my garage door until the new one is installed, and will have to park my car out side. Six years ago I had Precision install a new door, rails, and opener. Best decision! The products are great and the service has been wonderful. The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I chose Precision because of the online ratings and reviews. David called to say they were on the way. Within 15 minutes David and and an apprentice, Zach, arrived. Both were congenial, neatly dressed and wearing masks upon arrival. David explained the problem with the garage door opener so that I understood. He called the office for parts that weren’t on the truck and the problem was quickly eliminated. I would recommend either of these two gentlemen and Precision to all.
