The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I chose Precision because of the online ratings and reviews. David called to say they were on the way. Within 15 minutes David and and an apprentice, Zach, arrived. Both were congenial, neatly dressed and wearing masks upon arrival. David explained the problem with the garage door opener so that I understood. He called the office for parts that weren’t on the truck and the problem was quickly eliminated. I would recommend either of these two gentlemen and Precision to all.

I called on Friday evening 6/27 after my garage door came off track and wouldn't move up or down. Travis showed up at about 2:30 pm on Saturday and in less than an hour he diagnosed the problem and had my door working like new again. Five stars enough. Travis did an outstanding job of educating us on our garage door operation, changing our remote openers and upgrading our system. Can't recommend Precision enough. Had our cables replaced, replaced steel rollers with nylon rollers and Travis realigned our garage door and got everything tuned up. Fantastic service!
