I give 4 stars to the response of the sales person. I give 10 stars to the installer Kevin who called before arrival and was early. Wore a mask, clean installation and showed me system and i paid by CC. I would gladly recommend your company to friend or relatives. I know you have to advertise but you can now remove me from the popups that are constantly being sent. Only first and last initial of my name can be used.

I must admit, this was the first time ever having to deal with garage door issues. Having no clue what was the matter, Kyle came in and explained everything. Showed me what was going on and what I can do for some preventative maintenance. Called ahead and let me know he was on his way. 100% would recommend and will only use you all in the future! Timely service. They were able to get me in the morning that I called. Door works wonderfully. Service tech Josh W did a great job. Issues: Door opener seemed to be a bit pricey. And tech did not hand around to help me program door opener in my truck.

The technician was not able to fix the problem that I was having with programming the home link button on my Toyota. Then to matters worse he over heated the start capacitor my opener and didn't even offer to try and replace the capacitor.. The garage door won't open now. Now I am stuck with ordering the capacitor and repairing the unit myself.

Called Precision Friday afternoon. Not an emergency. They told me they'd have some out tomorrow, Saturday morning (no extra charge for weekends)between 8 and 10. Tech John called 7:40, said he was on his way. He was there at 8. Took him less than an hour to replace the broken spring, re-string the cables, inspect the bearings, etc. He explained everything he was doing. Very friendly, courteous guy. Great job.

I give 5 stars only because of the service Dave Crowe provided me with. He was polite, kept his distance from me, and solved the problem I was having. Though I do have one complaint - since I am not the most knowledgeable about garage door/services I didn’t know what was going on with mine. It was a simple solution and I do think $65 for something that took 15 seconds to fix was a little ridiculous. I was recommended to you all, and I will be a lil hesitant to recommend and only to call you if for sure can’t figure out whats going on.

John was a 5-star installer. The new garage door opener is great, but I am not at all happy with the price of $699. If this had not been COVID-19 times, I would not have gone forward with the purchase / install, but I was in a bind. I have installed numerous openers myself over the years and I know that this one is about a $200 investment at Lowe's or Home Depot. A fair installed price would have been $500 instead of $700.

Mr. Vowels, I'm sorry you were upset with our pricing. Thanks for taking my call and allowing me to explain that we do offer a lower quality unit that will likely just put you in the same predicament you have been in several times in the past. Replacing every 10 years or so for roughly $500. The unit we installed for $699 is far superior and comes with a warranty on the motor and the drive belt that only expires when you sell your house. In other words, this is the last opener you need to buy for this house. Thanks for listening and thanks again for your business.

Had a torsion spring break. Called for an appointment at 10:30 pm. Arrived 8:30 am next morning. Technician Kyle, Very Professional !! A+ A+ A+ !! But,,,, the prices ??? 2 springs $440, 12 rollers $192, 3 bearings w/o brkt $240, 14 ft of cable $110 & bottom seal $98 !!!
