I called Precision in the morning and was told a service technician could come to my home in the afternoon. Josh Wright called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly within 10 minutes. Josh was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and explained the repair that needed to be performed with the cost. He Was professional and did an outstanding job. Precision will be who I will call for any future garage door issues. The garage door works perfectly and now operates quietly for the first time.

SPOT ON SERVICE!!! Answered our call for a broken opener late in the evening. The next day, Kayne came out to install a new opener. He was extremely polite and provided the BEST customer service I have seen in a long time from any company. I would certainly do business again with Precision. Kayne installed the opener, serviced our door and cleaned up very well. He was very polite and knowledgable. He made sure all of our questions were answered. Kayne did a GREAT job!

I discovered that my VERY old garage door on my VERY old garage would not open completely, making it impossible to get my car out. A quick internet search brought me to Precision. I read positive reviews, and best of all....SAME DAY SERVICE! I called at 4:30pm and the John the technician was here by 8:30am the next day as I explained to the dispatcher both cars were in the garage and the door was jammed. John was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed/explained the problem in detail with a prepared estimate. Great service!

Our garage door broke and we needed to get it repaired ASAP. Called late in the evening and was told that someone could be at our house first thing the next morning. Received a call that the technician was on his way. Josh arrived promptly on time and was very professional. Examined the issue with our door and explained the problem. Within minutes he provided a quote for repairs and once I approved, he went to work getting the door repaired. The work was done professionally and our door works much better than it did before he arrived. My thanks to Josh and Precision for the prompt service and professionalism.
