Called this morning about a problem and service tech, Travis, was here by noon. Diagnosed the problem after we discussed what was happening, and he evaluated the door. Repair was done, and annual maintenance was completed within 45 minutes or so. The service visit was done safely, courteously and efficiently. As has been my experience with Precision in the past, it is the best in the area.

When I mentioned to my daughter - who just moved out of Glenmary East - that our garage door broke - she told me that you had serviced theirs and was a reasonable price. It was a Sunday that we needed service - and my call was actually answered by a human being and was told a window of 12-2 that someone would be there and it was already @ 10:30 am - the technician was there right about 12 - and finished within 1.5 hours. We were very appreciative that it could and was fixed on Sunday.

The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!!
