John, our service technician was friendly, prompt and explained everything professionally in layman terms. Good sense of humor and wasted no time removing and installing our new Opener, key pads, etc. We have used Precision for nearly 15 years and have no reason to look for any other company to do our repairs or replacements. We highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for this product and services.

I’m a brand new home owner. I had an issue with my garage door closing. Skip came in found the problem right away. After talking with him I decided to go with a new motor. Skip did a great job of installing it and took the time to show how everything worked. Very friendly and informative. If I ever had issues with my garage door again (which I seriously doubt) I would totally ask for Skip again!! If I could give him 10 stars I would but I’m limited to 5 :).

I'm so happy that my coworker told me about your company. I just brought a home, the garage door would barley open, it was slanted and wouldn't close, we had to force it closed. I had the movers coming 2 days later. That was gonna be a headache. I called percesion they sent a guy out same day and he fixed it in no time. Great job, well done. If I ever have a problem again. Guess who im calling. I just want to say Thank you Rick great job

Needed Opener repair (mine was 30+ years old and I was pretty sure I was going with a new one even if the old one could be repaired). Called Wednesday afternoon and technician was here before noon on Thursday. Rick was courteous and polite and really didn't seem to mind answering my excessive questions. Rick got the job done pretty quickly and also checked out the garage door, adjusted the springs etc. Hopefully I won't have to worry about my garage door for a long time.

Thank you Skip for coming out and fixing our broken garage door promptly and efficiently. The prices were a bit high, but he has zero control over it. I’m so very thankful that he decided to show up to work we’re many decode it’s easy to stay home and collect a paycheck. Skip is a keepers please give him a raise! We needed knew rollers on our door that was replaced in 2016. He also added two reinforced struts. It was going to be $700! My goodness! He was able to bring it down a bit. When you need it, you need it. He was on time and called ahead of time. I would highly recommend him personally.

We really appreciate the prompt and friendly service to our garage door. We'd had a lightning strike this week to a tree in our yard and the garage motor mechanism was affected. David, our technician, was able to install a new system for us and we are very grateful for his professional assistance.

My backup battery started beeping on 7/5/21 so, per my instruction packet, I called Service on 7/6/21, not aware that you were open on the July 4 National Holiday. John Hill came over and replaced the battery. I appreciate his service and demeanor. Although the backup battery was replaced, it is not in the list below.

John H arrived right on time; worked quickly and efficiently. Gave me the price before starting the repair and while pointing out items that could be an issue in the future, he did not pressure me to do more than i wanted. Price, while not cheap, was fair. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Well pleased!

The technician was a young man named Jason. He was very professional and knowledgeable. As a former business owner with service technicians, I know the value of having employees who represent the company well.

Thank you for such a quick response and excellent service. The original installer was unable to service my garage door needs because of a 4 month back order issue, so I did an online system search and connected with Precision. My wait time was “next day” and service was “excellent”. I am so pleased that I am currently awaiting a return call from the service technician to schedule another service appointment for both garage doors. Thank you again for the excellent service that your company provides.

The serviceman and his repair work were fine. The cost, however, seemed outrageous. I was ok with the 65.00 service call and 65.00 1 hr labor charge but not pleased with additional 88.00 maintenance fee and unhappy with paying 250.00 for a 70.00 spring. Total bill was 468 which I feel is about 200.00 overpriced.

The tech was really knowledgeable about fixing the door. He explained the whole process and had my problem fixed in a matter of minutes. He did an awesome job that another contractor told me that it couldn't be fixed.
