My backup battery started beeping on 7/5/21 so, per my instruction packet, I called Service on 7/6/21, not aware that you were open on the July 4 National Holiday. John Hill came over and replaced the battery. I appreciate his service and demeanor. Although the backup battery was replaced, it is not in the list below.

The original installer was unable to service my garage door needs because of a 4 month back order issue, so I did an online system search and connected with Precision. My wait time was “next day” and service was “excellent”. I am so pleased that I am currently awaiting a return call from the service technician to schedule another service appointment for both garage doors. The serviceman and his repair work were fine. The cost, however, seemed outrageous. I was ok with the 65.00 service call and 65.00 1 hr labor charge but not pleased with additional 88.00 maintenance fee and unhappy with paying 250.00 for a 70.00 spring. Total bill was 468 which I feel is about 200.00 overpriced.

We also try to offer a great experience to customers with certified technicians, in addition to being drug screened and background checked. Our parts and warranties are also among the best in the industry. We truly appreciate and value your feedback and would be happy to further discuss in person or over the phone. It seems we missed our mark here and would love to take this as a learning experience.

I needed my door repaired and chose precision mostly because of their great feedback and 5 star ratings. The tech that worked on my door was Thomas, (a great name, just like mine)! Thomas is a rare commodity in today's world... a real gentleman and knows how to treat customers. Thomas started repairing my door and the wife and I thought we could settle in and watch a movie since it was a lot of work needing to be done. After less than a hour Thomas knocked on the door and said all done,WOW!! Fantastic workmanship I am a happy camper Thomas is the best and I will use this outfit again!

Josh arrived on a Sunday in the two-hour window I was given when making my appointment. He replaced both springs, both bearings and two of the rollers. I got the five year warranty on the labor and parts they replaced. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again!
