Ask us in a month or two for a review and we'll tell you and future customers how well everything is working. We chose to replace many of the moving parts rather than put in a new door as well. If everything works as flawlessly as it did today, we'll definitely call Precision, Brent, for door replacement. We replaced springs, motor, opener, etc.

I have used Precision Door twice in the last year, the installation of a Garage Door Opener and a separate installation for new torsion springs. Their tech reps. are efficient, arrive on time and clean up. Precision is not the least expensive contractor out there for this type of work, but when a problem developed for me, the Owner jumped in to resolve it

Great service. Chance identified the problem immediately. Line of path for sensors blocked by snow shovel. Along with identifying the issue he checked the remotes for proper service and re-educated me on the wall panel, especially the lock and unlock button.
