Bottom line, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best servicer for our garage door that we have every had. I have lived in 5 different houses, all with heavy garage doors, and had service stickers on the wall. Don't trust their web site where it says "fill out this form, and we'll call you back within a couple of hours". My garage spring broke on Friday, New Years Day. I went to their web site, filled out the form, and expected them to contact me no later than Saturday morning. No call Saturday, or Sunday, or even first thing Monday. The other company I contacted hadn't got back to me either, so I used the "chat feature" on this site, and someone did respond and had a person come out within two hours. The installer did a great job; no complaints with him at all. He got here on time, did the job quickly, found and fixed a stupid-installer-problem from when the door was originally installed. And replaced the broken spring (and the unbroken one, too, since they were 20 years old and rusted). It wasn't cheap. Another company was cheaper, but they were slower to get back to me.

The technician (Brett Schultheis) that serviced our garage door was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what need to be done to repair it. After completion of the repair, he explained, again in detail, what he had done and together we tested the door. It now works better that when I first moved her. Brett is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone with garage door problems.
