More than satisfied with the service, promptness and the courtesy of the technicians. This is the second time I have had to have service in the last 6 months (not the same problem) and they have been available within 2 to 3 hours and prompt each time, even calling ahead of time to reassure me they were on their way.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. I called Precision Door and they sent Brett Schultheis to our house less than two hours later. Brett was friendly, helpful and repaired the door hardware much faster than I could have hoped. We could not have been more pleased with Brett and Precision Door. I highly recommend them.

Prompt service. Service provider helped fix what turned out to be a minor issue but took the time to look over the entire system to ensure it was in good working order. Price was good for the service call.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the technicians. After an initial hiccup, they made sure that someone came out to the house the same day to finish the job. The actual installation went smoothly and I appreciated the extra effort given to figuring out how to program the antiquated door opener!!! The technicians were pleasant and never made it apparent that I might have been bothering them with too many questions!!! ))))

Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

Brett was awesome. I was pleased he explained my options and made a recommendation that was less extensive then I had originally thought. I would recommend his service for sure. He even tightened up all the mounting hardware and cleaned up very well.

These folks are the best! On time, professional, awesome warranty. I paid to have it overhauled about five years ago. A spring broke yesterday. They were out first thing this morning and replaced both springs free of charge. The technician knew what to do and didn't waste any time doing it.

Very happy with my purchase. Zach was very informative and great to work with. Love the features and the lifetime warranty on the motor. Other companies (3) that I had quotes from would only warranty motor for 5 years. That warranty and Zach helped sell me on the product.

Our older chain drive door openers were worn badly. Precision Team came out and replaced our old openers with their belt version in a couple hours. These openers are really quiet and smooth, and their Tech support was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of their products.

After a minor hiccup of not returning my call. The people were professional and showed early. The tech gave me some good information and a time line of how long it will take. And provided good advice to get the door frame repaired before the new door comes.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning, and Brent showed up two hours later. Thirty minutes later the door was working again. Brent was quick and courteous. Should I ever need work done on the garage door again, I'll be giving Precision a call.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.! Great guy, great attitude, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call on you all again should the need arise, and will recommend you all to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Contacted by Zach 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. He was on his way and arrived on time. Discussed options and he repaired the gears on the existing opener. Very knowledgeable on his products. Very professional and very friendly. Accomplished the repair quickly and verified everything was working to my satisfaction before leaving. Thanks !!

Just had our broken spring replaced on our garage door, first one since door was installed in 1991. Brett Schultheis and his trainee Jeff were very professional and full of information. I had only one spring that was broken but decided to go with the entire update. springs, rollers, cabels. I am very pleased with Precision and will highly recommend them to all.
