I needed a new remote for my garage door opener. We called Precision and they were there later the same morning. They provided and programmed a new universal opener and we were done in a few minutes. Fantastic service! Very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

BIG thanks to Derek Hawk of Precision Garage Door!! My garage door broke yesterday, and less than 24 hours later, it's BACK up and running again. Derek showed up at the time that was promised, repaired my door in record time, and it's now balanced better that it was before it broke! Very personable, and VERY highly recommended. He really knows his job! I was expecting to pay much more, so the value is incredible. Very professional and courteous. Was able to get to my house before the two-hour window that was scheduled. Tommy Gatlin with precision was so nice and he checked everything pertains to my garage. Then he showed me everything he thought should be replaced. I agreed to have the work done and it was completed in less than 1 hour. I would highly recommend Precision Garage to everyone.

I chose your company from the phone book because I needed someone to come after closing hours for most companies. The technician was very nice. Brent was the first to gve me an estimate on the material needed to fix my door. He was very professional in explaining what was needed and the reason. For the repair, Terry was very professional and explained the repair and figured out the probale cause for the door malfunction. Not only did he fix the door but repaired the cause, and realigned the door tracks. He also recommended on what maintenance that I could do to keep my door running at peak efficiency. His attention to detail show the kind of training and experience that Precision has in their employees. I highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs.

positively strong 5 stars! my garage door fell extremely hard late Friday night. I called your company Saturday afternoon hoping just to get an answering machine for a call back on Monday. instead I spoke to a person who scheduled an appointment for 4 and a half hours later that day. I was shocked and pleased to get a technician out to my house that fast. then the technician called me to let me know he was running early. he advised me of what needed to be done and did an excellent repair job, then told me I may receive a veterans 10% discount. I am very pleased with the professionalism and respect of your company. As a letter carrier, I know a lot of people who ask for referrals for companies. I am not easily impressed when it comes to service and I don't complete many reviews or inflate them. I was very pleased with the service by Precision and Brandon, the technician who performed my service. I called for a same day appointment and had a technician at my door within three hours. Brandon did a great job and completed work quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will be calling Precision for any future garage door service requirements. I highly recommend them!

Precision had installed a new unit a few years back and we trusted them to come out. The customer service person was very professional and arranged to have a service scheduled between 7-9 pm that night so we could get the door fixed before all the rain started and felt secure in our home. I mistakenly left my car tailgate up and then closed the door which caused the problem and after a very bad day it was so nice to have actual customer service. The service tech showed up at about 7:15, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem quickly and we were so relieved. Precision is wonderful, fast, complete and does great work. Thank you so much for taking care of us and we would recommend you to anyone needing a garage door or repair! I am so sorry I did not get the technician's name but he lived in Radcliff as I thanked him for coming out so late.

I love that they Precision has weekend service and doesn't charge more for weekend calls. When our overhead spring broke on a Saturday night, I really thought I would have to wait until Monday to call and have to take off work. Called Sunday morning and a tech was out to my house in just a few hours. Completed the job timely, cleaned up, and was friendly. He didn't try to upsell me, but did make a few recommendations for the future if we decided to stay in the house. Overall, a great experience. Can't say whether the price was too high/too low as I did not call around, but felt it was fair based on researching the parts cost and assuming labor charges. Changing out high-tension springs could be a DIY'er project, but it's also very dangerous. I was willing to pay to have a pro do it. Included in price was 1yr parts and labor warranty.
