Brett Schultheis came out yesterday afternoon, in the heat of the day, to install a new garage door opener I had purchased on Angie's List because I thought that is what I needed. As it turns out, I needed garage door springs. Brett explained that my new door opener would not fix the problem and completely explained the problem and answered all our questions. I did have the springs replaced along with all the new hardware and took the warranty. I also had the new garage door opener, a PDS 800 Premium Series, installed and could not be more pleased, it is the quietest opener I have ever seen. He took no longer than 3 hours to complete the entire job and was so pleasant to deal with.

I was VERY impressed with Precision Garage Door Service of Louisville! I had a major issue (broken garage door spring along with some other minor issues) and was in need of service and repair quickly. I found Precision on the internet and called them. I was told that someone would be out to my house within a two hour window. My repairman Brett called me and told me he was 15 minutes out and ewould be at my house at 6:00 (i was told between six and eight), and he was. Brett looked over my problem and told me he could fix it and had the parts in his truck. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Precision, and Brett, to anyone.

We have had continued garage door issues and hired another local company who told us that we needed to replace the opener (that was only 4 years old). The Precision Technician arrived on-time and within a few minutes had a creative idea to solve the problem. The door has been opening and closing great for a week now. Thank you so much for great customer service! Brent came out to check a door he worked on in October 2014. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a few adjustments. He also did a great job communicating what was causing the problem. Brent offered suggestions as to how I could remedy the problem myself to avoid future issues. Thank you for doing a great job! I am very pleased with the courteous service and garage door repair service provided to me by Brett, technician from Precision, and would rate him a 5. I also appreciated him providing maintenance service on my other garage door to prevent future problems and suggesting and installing a keypad for extra convenience in providing access to the garage for family members without having to carry a remote. The costs for the repair and other services was very reasonable and well worth it. I also appreciated the woman employee (do not know her name) who answerered the phone at Precision when I called yesterday afternoon to seek an appointment time for a technician to come to my home and to fix the garage door. She was very courteous and gave me an appointment for the next morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. I would definitely recommend Precision to others and would give tham a 5 rating without reservations.

Two technicians came to our home & fixed our garage door so it runs smoothly & advised us about other possible problems. They also fixed the code pad & remotes & even tied up a loose chain for us. This experience started with a broken spring and ended with the need for a new door and opener to replace the 20 year old one that had seen better days. From the beginning of the process when I looked at the website, to the end when the technician was explaining the details of my new door and opener, I was pleased. The knowledge of the technicians was evident. Probably the most important aspect of this experience was that I never felt pressure to buy more than what I needed! We had a 15 year old garage door spring break on Tuesday morning. My car was stuck inside, and Derek was here within 2 hours to help me remove my vehicle. Technician, Zach Hornback, to the rescue. He fixed my garage door, which was very old, when no other company would even make a service call. He did advise me that , due to the age of the door, he didn't know how long the door would work, but so far, so good. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and prompt. I am a happy camper.
