Our installer Brett was professional, friendly and explained the features and functionality of the new opener. We replaced a chain driven opener with a belt driven one and we cannot hear the door open now, it is so smooth and quiet. Very satisfied with the service.

Kept appointments on time and even gave me the courtesy of texting me 30 minutes ahead of arrival time. One immediately feels comfortable with the personnel - from the receptionist to the technicians. I feel that I got what I paid for!

We are happy with the fast service and professionalism. The door was fixed within 4 hours of calling. It is quieter and smoother now than before. The technician was friendly and professional. Somehow he managed to be cheerful despite it being extremely cold outside. I highly recommend.

Don't trust their web site where it says "fill out this form, and we'll call you back within a couple of hours". My garage spring broke on Friday, New Years Day. I went to their web site, filled out the form, and expected them to contact me no later than Saturday morning. No call Saturday, or Sunday, or even first thing Monday. The other company I contacted hadn't got back to me either, so I used the "chat feature" on this site, and someone did respond and had a person come out within two hours. The installer did a great job; no complaints with him at all. He got here on time, did the job quickly, found and fixed a stupid-installer-problem from when the door was originally installed. And replaced the broken spring (and the unbroken one, too, since they were 20 years old and rusted). It wasn't cheap. Another company was cheaper, but they were slower to get back to me.

I was very satisfied. It was comforting to know who would be coming (in company truck), what he would look like & his name. Brent called when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked everything out and explained the problems & my options. He was very profession, while being nice & friendly at same time. He was able to answer any questions I had. He replaced the motor, springs & put new seal across the bottom. I like my door much better now it is nice & quiet with the new belt. I would be sure to call them again if I have problems & would recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you Brent for a job well done.

Our technician, Brett, was very personable, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was not able to be there while the service was being performed but Brett called prior to arrival as promised, made my wife feel very comfortable and explained everything he would be doing while he was there. Brett did not hesitate to call me to address other issues he felt were important to insure that the garage door would be working more efficiently and much more quiet. His recommendations made sense, were easy to understand and true to his word the door now works better, and may I add much more quiet, than ever before. Job well done Brett !!! This is the second time I have had to have service in the last 6 months (not the same problem) and they have been available within 2 to 3 hours and prompt each time, even calling ahead of time to reassure me they were on their way.
