I was very pleased with the service provided by the technicians. After an initial hiccup, they made sure that someone came out to the house the same day to finish the job. The actual installation went smoothly and I appreciated the extra effort given to figuring out how to program the antiquated door opener!!! The technicians were pleasant and never made it apparent that I might have been bothering them with too many questions!!! ))))

Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

Our older chain drive door openers were worn badly. Precision Team came out and replaced our old openers with their belt version in a couple hours. These openers are really quiet and smooth, and their Tech support was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of their products.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning, and Brent showed up two hours later. Thirty minutes later the door was working again. Brent was quick and courteous. Should I ever need work done on the garage door again, I'll be giving Precision a call.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.!
