As no service was available on the day I called, I scheduled an appointment, and the service fee was waived(as advertised). My technician actually showed up early, and completed my repairs quickly and to my satisfaction. My tech did an awesome job, way faster than I thought it would take to complete. I was very pleased with the service. Jeff Goff was here at the time he told me. He replaced the springs in a timely manner. I'm a single mom of a special needs child and needed this fixed right away. My daughters bus picks her up in my driveway. Garage is the easiest way to get her to the bus.

Our garage door spring broke and called the original installer. They gave us a date way out to come and look at it. It is winter and not having the garage door work is not an option. We called Precision and Dwayne immediately scheduled it for the next day. Brent promptly came at the appointed hour and quickly explained the issue, gave us some options, worked with us on the pricing and finished the repair under an hour. Thank you.
