One of the springs broke on my garage door making it unusable. Called and a technician was scheduled for that morning. The technician called to say he was in route and arrived ahead of schedule. Assessed the problem and performed 25-point inspection. Detailed what he found and presented total cost to repair with line item on each part including labor. In addition, he identified two problems with the cables and door sensors which I had requested to take of any potential problems. My technician was polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner

We had our chain and a gear break on our garage the other night. I immediately called for weekend service. Kyle called Saturday morning to let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was amazing. He accessed the job and recommended what needed to be done and why. He checked in constantly to let us know his time frame and what he was working on. He then let us know when he was finished and again, confirmed the final invoice before pay. I would highly recommend Precision Garage for any repair service!

Same day, quick appointment. Recommend a new opener & tech was very nice & knowledgeable. With that being said, we're gonna probably shop around.... feel like price is kinda high for just the opener but if quotes are comparable we'd definitely go with precision.

One of the springs on our garage door broke and it was very easy to set up an appointment online for a quick repair. When the Kyle arrived for the repair, he performed a safety inspection on the door and provided us a clear and professional evaluation of our repairs. Repairs were completed quickly and the garage door is working like new. We will definitely call on Precision for future repairs and the eventual future replacement of our garage doors. Thanks!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night with my vehicle trapped inside. I called Precision Door and they said they could have a technician out the next morning. My technician arrived a little after 8:00, replaced both springs and performed other replacements as needed. Kyle was fantastic, a really personable, genuine nice guy.
