We had our chain and a gear break on our garage the other night. I immediately called for weekend service. Kyle called Saturday morning to let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was amazing. He accessed the job and recommended what needed to be done and why. He checked in constantly to let us know his time frame and what he was working on. He then let us know when he was finished and again, confirmed the final invoice before pay. I would highly recommend Precision Garage for any repair service!

Same day, quick appointment. Recommend a new opener & tech was very nice & knowledgeable. With that being said, we're gonna probably shop around.... feel like price is kinda high for just the opener but if quotes are comparable we'd definitely go with precision.

I was very happy with the turnaround time for my appointment. I called at 8:15 AM and tech was at my house at 9:45. Tech was friendly. Fixed the issue in less than an hour. My only complaint was cost. As I mentioned, tech took less than an hour to fix the problem, but the charge was over $400. I just feel that’s high for something that took less that an hour to fix and required no new parts. Other than this, I was pleased with the experience.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The tech, Kyle was personable and professional and a joy to talk to. I can't give enough high praises for him - totally the best. Now I am not a person that worries too much on how things look, I just want it to work but he checked with me on where he could run the wiring for the inside garage door opener could go and set it up. I discovered that one of my garage door springs had broken around 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. I immediately called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. The service technician called around 1:30 p.m. to inform me he was 30 minutes away. The technician arrived around 2:00 p.m. and completed the job around 3:30 p.m. I appreciate the upfront pricing and prompt replacement of my garage door springs.
