What a fantastic company! Precision garage door really came through in my time of need! I mistakenly closed our garage door when the trunk of our car was open causing it to misalign and not open or close. This happened on Sunday! I called never thinking I would speak to anyone but I did and the Precision rep scheduled a service tech to come out first thing Monday morning. They followed up and were here on time as promised. Kyle the service tech was fantastic! Professional, courteous, competent and careful were just some of the adjectives I would use to describe him and his work.
