Another job well done by John. John listen to me. I had a hard time speaking since I had a minor Stroke. He understood everything I was saying, if he didn't he politely ask me to repeat it. I've had precision out 3 times. The first time was to put the new door up, second time was 9 years later was to replaced a broken spring, and today was a automatic height adjuster that works with a backup battery. Precision is a great Company that I would recommend strongly.

This is the second time we have used you to fix a garage door problem, and once again we are very satisfied with the technician and your response. We called Saturday morning of a HOLIDAY weekend and was scheduled for later that day (no extra charge). Technician John called ahead to let us know when he was on his way. What should have been a quick normal replacement of a broken cable was complicated by the age of my garage door and it’s very rusted out bolts. John stayed determined to get the job done, and done right, no matter the time. Before he left, he even took the time to provide estimates for both new doors and for the replacement of the existing hardware parts. Thank you John!

The technician was not able to fix the problem that I was having with programming the home link button on my Toyota. Then to matters worse he over heated the start capacitor my opener and didn't even offer to try and replace the capacitor.. The garage door won't open now. Now I am stuck with ordering the capacitor and repairing the unit myself.

Called Precision Friday afternoon. Not an emergency. They told me they'd have some out tomorrow, Saturday morning (no extra charge for weekends)between 8 and 10. Tech John called 7:40, said he was on his way. He was there at 8. Took him less than an hour to replace the broken spring, re-string the cables, inspect the bearings, etc. He explained everything he was doing. Very friendly, courteous guy. Great job.

John was a 5-star installer. The new garage door opener is great, but I am not at all happy with the price of $699. If this had not been COVID-19 times, I would not have gone forward with the purchase / install, but I was in a bind. I have installed numerous openers myself over the years and I know that this one is about a $200 investment at Lowe's or Home Depot. A fair installed price would have been $500 instead of $700.

Thank you very much to John and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had a broken wire to the electronic eye at the bottom of the garage door. It was a simple fix. And John completed the task quickly, efficiently and courteously. However, we had been living without the ability to use our car's clickers to open the garage door for several weeks because we thought it would be a hassle to get it fixed. Not true. We called after 12PM. We got an appointment at 4PM. It was fixed by 4:15PM. Now, we are good to go. Thank you.
