Technicians showed up as promised. Even called to say they would be a little late. Came in and asked what the problem was and then inspected everything. The professionalism and friendliness was amazing. They fixed the issues and the price was fair and reasonable. We chose Precision based on their 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, we cannot give that. Cam was a pleasant technician. Communicated well what the issue was. Gave us 2 options on how to resolve the issue. We chose just to replace the chain rail (which was all that was needed). Our issue was after he left. Thankfully I was leaving after Cam, but my garage door would not close when engaging my remote. I called Cam and he quickly returned and assisted reprogramming my opener to my car (though this should not have been required when replacing the chain rail). Then in the evening when we were letting our dog out, she broke thru the line sensor and instead of the door going up as a safety feature, the door went in reverse and started to close on our dog. This could have caused injury to our dog. So we will need for Precision to come out again and reverse the safety feature so our dog or a person is not injured. Just make sure ALL normal working behaviors of a garage door is checked before the technician leaves.

I usedPrecision once before and was pleased with their prompt and courteous service. I was having an intermittent problem with my garage door, not closing, and I called them first thing. The service tech called me telling me when he would be at my home and then about 15 minutes later, he called me again telling me that traffic was pretty heavy and he may be just a little bit later. The technicians name was cam and he was a ray of sunshine. He could not find anything wrong with my door, the openers, the rollers or the entire motor device. He went over it several times, and explained to me what my options were. Rather than just haphazardly replacing thousands of dollars of equipment he told me that my one time service fee would be good for 90 days. He said to call them back immediately if it happens again, and they will gladly come back out. I appreciated his honesty and his thoroughness in checking all the parts of the garage and the garage door openers. I thanked Cam for his honesty and gladly took his advice. Joyce Wilson

I contacted you all a few weeks ago and wanted to replace our current door. I advised the estimator of this as well and asked for pricing to also include a window pane as we did not currently have that on our door. The estimate was promptly sent. After reviewing the multiple estimates I had questions and responded to the email asking for a call back. That email was returned as undeliverable (not sure why replying to the email didnt work). I called back and spoke to someone at an 800 number that said Sales was busy but they would take my information and have someone call me. I waited 5 days for a call back - was spoken to rudely by the estimator Cam who advised me if I was concerned about how busy they were then to just go with someone else. That's what I'll do. Clearly buying a $4300 door is pittance to your company
