I am very pleased with the courteous service and garage door repair service provided to me by Brett, technician from Precision, and would rate him a 5. I also appreciated him providing maintenance service on my other garage door to prevent future problems and suggesting and installing a keypad for extra convenience in providing access to the garage for family members without having to carry a remote. The costs for the repair and other services was very reasonable and well worth it. I also appreciated the woman employee (do not know her name) who answerered the phone at Precision when I called yesterday afternoon to seek an appointment time for a technician to come to my home and to fix the garage door. She was very courteous and gave me an appointment for the next morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. I would definitely recommend Precision to others and would give tham a 5 rating without reservations.

Two technicians came to our home & fixed our garage door so it runs smoothly & advised us about other possible problems. They also fixed the code pad & remotes & even tied up a loose chain for us. This experience started with a broken spring and ended with the need for a new door and opener to replace the 20 year old one that had seen better days. From the beginning of the process when I looked at the website, to the end when the technician was explaining the details of my new door and opener, I was pleased. The knowledge of the technicians was evident. Probably the most important aspect of this experience was that I never felt pressure to buy more than what I needed! I would recommend Precision to others.

Awesome experience. My service technician was Brandon who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining exactly what repairs are required. I chose Precision for the affordability AND the detail of your website. It covers everything from how to get new garage doors, kinds of garage door openers and the difference between the springs. I also liked the fact that you give Bios on your technicians and their ratings that were given by other individuals. Zach Horback was the best. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I asked a million questions. Zach made sure everything was working properly before he left. If something happens in the future I will definitely call Precision and ask for Zach.

Brett Schultheis was absolutely wonderful! Gave me a courtesy call, was perfectly on time. Very friendly and respectful. Very funny and knowledgeable about the products. From the day Derek came to give me an estimate to the closing of the newly hung garage door the professionalism of Precison garage's personnel was obvious. When I asked about an opener for my existing garage door and you immediately went to your truck and presented one I was sold. It is so nice to be presented with immediate action for a request. Precision Overheard Garage Door Service is the best service you'll find! They performed a "Tune Up" and installed a new outside keypad. They are prompt, courteous, professional and extremely accommodating. They back up their performed service and my garage door opener gave them a run for the money. It is now totally working and we were taught how to use the outside keypad. Try them, you'll have em back every year!

We just had routine maintenance and adjustments on our door so we would not have any problems. Precision came last time and did change bearings and pulleys when our cables broke. Precision is very professional and when he was delayed the office called. I appreciated that. The tech only replaced what was necessarye. He was efficient and very nice.

We decided to have an updated garage door installed with no particular company in mind. Found an add in the family savings magazine and decided to call. We usually do 3 estimates but my husband liked the sales person and the knowledge that he displayed so we decided on the spot to purchase the new door. The installer was also a very nice young man and didn't have any complications with the new door. I would give this company a 5 star rating with no problems and would recommend them to family and friends.
