Brent came out Monday morning 10 degrees outside. He quickly assessed the situation and provided multiple options with pricing. Once given approval and the order Brent worked quickly and efficiently replacing the garage door opener. This is the 2nd time using Precision Door Service and they deserve the 5 star rating

I could not be more pleased by the timely, professional and courteous service provided by Precision. Their technician was at my door within two hours of my request for help with a malfunctioning garage door opener. No hard sell as I had already determined that a new opener was in order based upon the age of the existing one. Since the tech did not have the model we agreed was best for me on his truck, he was back the next day and quickly installed the new opener and programed all remotes my remotes, including a new door keypad.

The gentleman was here approximately 5 minutes and adjusted the safety eyes. He was extremely courteous, friendly and took the time to explain the problem and show me how to correct the problem should it occur in the future. As he finished, I asked him what I owed for the service call and he said a handshake. Very impressive! I would highly recommend this company and I would give them a rating of 5 based on my two experiences.

Timely and efficient and I now have a very quiet and tight garage door. Hadn't realized what effect the old workings had on air flow from outdoors. The door was working but very loud before. I feel that the technicians are knowledgeable and do not try to oversell products. I had previously had an external keypad installed.

Brent was on time and explained all the options to repair or replace the damaged door. He also gave the qualities and costs of the various door replacements. Excellent service. Called before he came and ended up coming early after he asked if I could make an earlier appointment. It worked out much better for me. He was very pleasant and professional. Got the work done quick and seemed to have done a good job.....only time will tell on that....Very pleased.. in the drop down box below it would only let me pick 1 product I purchased...but I purchased a bit..new springs, roller, cables....

They installed two new very quiet garage door openers for us in Novemeber 2014 and set up the openers in our car visors. In one vehicle though the technician couldn't get both doors set up, only one. He thought there was an issue with the car and was gong to call the dealer. When I called a week or two later he said he was waiting on response from dealer who was checking into it. I then let it go through the holidays. After the new year I called Precision again and this time the owner, I believe Steve, came out and he was able to get the car opener working for both doors. Besides taking a little while to resolve the problem with the car visor opener, service was great and we are very happy with our new quiet openers.

Initial call was for a broken spring. Upon inspection, they also found a frayed cable, worn hardware and seized rollers. Hardware was replaced and the door adjusted. Everything is now quiet and functioning properly. My wife is able to park in the garage again. Happy wife, happy life. I experienced professional service and would highly recommend Precision to anyone experiencing garage door trouble.

I had been saving coupons for Precision for a while. With old doors I knew something was going to break eventually. So the coupons caught my eye first. Before making a decision I checked to see if you were registered with the BBB. Brandon installed my conversion springs. He was efficient with the installation. He was concerned that I was satisfied. All and all a nice representative for your business. He was a little fuzzy with his math, and in trying to be fair said he would round off the figures to $1000.00. I did not question him at the time. However when my statement came, I had difficulty understanding where his total came from. I called and talked to Sherry twice. I did not want to call once let alone twice. She was awesome. It wasn't so much the money as I needed to understand how the cost was figured. I also want to compliment the fellow that initially answered the phone. Thank you for caring what I think and being concerned that you are meeting you customers' needs.

I then ordered a new fully insulated Precision door system, which was recently installed by Terry. Terry was on-time, friendly, and professionally went about his business in completely taking down my old door system and installing a new Precision door system. Without question, between the belt driven Precision door opener and the Precision door itself, it is the quietest residential garage door I have ever experienced. Additionally, I have been monitoring the temperature in the garage with having a fully insulated door and the difference is significant. Without reservation I would recommend Precision, and I do not give recommendations like that very often!
