The service tech that showed up was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he inspected the current door situation, he knew what to do and got it repaired, he even installed an key pad I purchased awhile back. I know who to call if the door has a problem.

The receptionist was personable, intelligent, and efficient- I was scheduled for the following day. The technician, Cam, was timely knowledgeable and very effective. Came out the day I contacted them. They will charge you $65 to come out and give you a quote. The price for garage door opener and installation was double than other businesses. Not very happy with the pricing and then being charged for absolutely nothing.

The technician did a great job. Only complaint I have is I had to purchase a new remote in order to sync with the new control. The cost was $90 and the price at lowes is $40. I asked the technician why I couldn’t purchase one from you since he was here for $40. He said he doesn’t set prices. Since he was here I had him install the new remote. The technician said he didn’t know how to wire the old remote to my other garage door. I fell I should get a credit for $50. I know that won’t happen but at least I relayed my comments.

We broke a spring and could not use our garage door. We called the company that installed our garage door and they could not come out for almost a week. We called Precision and they could come out the next day. Cam came out and replaced the springs and it works better than it ever has.
