Josh did an amazing job of explaining everything. He showed up propmplty when they said they would. He gave me a timeframe when he would have the install done and beat that estimate by half an hour. Great all around service. I am extremely happy with his work.

Both guys were great. They tried to find me a less expensive solution, but alas, not their fault. I just ordered a new garage door. IF there is anyway the new door could be put in in less than the month they said it would be, I would really appreciate it, as I cannot open my garage door until the new one is installed, and will have to park my car out side. Six years ago I had Precision install a new door, rails, and opener. Best decision! The products are great and the service has been wonderful. Always on-time, professional, and get it right the first time. Just had them do a 'tune-up'. Door runs smoothly and silent. The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I appreciate the quick response time and service of the gentlemen! Thank you.

I chose Precision because of the online ratings and reviews. David called to say they were on the way. Within 15 minutes David and and an apprentice, Zach, arrived. Both were congenial, neatly dressed and wearing masks upon arrival. David explained the problem with the garage door opener so that I understood. He called the office for parts that weren’t on the truck and the problem was quickly eliminated. I would recommend either of these two gentlemen and Precision to all.

The price was too high and the only way to get the price I let the repairman have my grandson green machine ( like a big wheel) he then took 35$ off my bill. The same bill that he had no control to change just minutes before.

I called on Friday evening 6/27 after my garage door came off track and wouldn't move up or down. Travis showed up at about 2:30 pm on Saturday and in less than an hour he diagnosed the problem and had my door working like new again. I was very pleased at how quickly Travis was able to get to me and repair my door. I would definitely recommend them.
