Excellent service. Travis Nafziger called with a heads up that he was in route, handled my issue while thoroughly explaining each step. Showed me how to do maintenance in between service calls, and was an all around customer service all star!

My sister and brother-in-law had a great experience with Precision and recommended to my father when he had an issue and he was really happy. So when I had my 1st garage door repair I called them and they were great to work with. This is my second experience with them (different home/doors). They were out on same day, super professional, fixed my problem (today) and offered me a wide variety of alternatives and cost based options for long term needs (27 year old door and opener needs major TLC). Technician (Travis) was courteous, professional and social distance respectful. Today was cable repair and new remotes. Near future I’ll use Precision for full replacement. I’m a very happy customer.

Your tech showed up on time and did a good job on the repair. I do think $315 is a little pricey for 15 minutes of work with no parts involved. Doctors cost less!!!

I was greatly impressed with the installation by Rick. He is very professional. The opener is amazing. It has some great features like the delay at closing and opening, plus so quiet. I will recommend "Precision" to anyone that asks me about my opener and service. My brother happened to drop by and was very impressed and got information from Rick on how to call and request him to look at his door. Also what impressed me was that you give Military discount. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. However $85 to show how to program multiple devices was Unreasonable. Why isn’t this information available on your u tube videos or phone support offered? I will be looking for another company to service In the future.

Due to a component failure the garage door failed to close. Precision technician, Zack after inspection, suggested that a new door install would be a better value than an attempt to repair using the existing door. I agreed and after being presented with options chose a door that matches the old door in appearance and color. Zack was very helpful and polite during our interaction.

On 08 Sep 2020, a Triple Touch Bottom Seal was installed, and the serviceman did not consult with the owner about it not fitting the garage door precisely. The second visit by the same serviceman had no results, said that was the only Bottom Seal that Precision had, that my door thickness was too thin and that was all he could do. HELP! Unhappy customer...

Rick from Precision was able to accommodate my schedule and showed up when expected. He also is very knowledgable about replacing parts. Our spring broke and he was very efficient on replacing it and very tidy with his work. Extremely helpful and respectful accommodating us in our situation. Fantastic service. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The tech that came out was named Dave and he was fantastic. He was so nice and got our problem solved quickly. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've had to call Precision for a service call and they never been anything but fantastic. I highly recommend them.

When our garage door opener started having issues, we contacted Precision Door Service. They were so easy to work with from the beginning...scheduling, technician's (Travis) responsiveness, his knowledge and helpfulness. They even came out on a Sunday! These guys were great! Josh first came to the house to help us determine what we had to do-fix or replace. He worked very hard to get us a door as quickly as he could so that we didn't have to be without for very long. Kevin and another technician installed my door today and they did a great job. It was hot and muggy but they got it done quickly and it looks great. Thank you all for helping out so quickly and doing a great job!
