David was kind, friendly, & very professional. We had a broken garage door spring, & he replaced both springs & the bearings. He gave me 3 different options, & the process was done so quickly! As I told him, I'm a recent widow, & my husband used to take care of these types of things. He made it all so easy. I also appreciated the email I received last night introducing me to my tech so I made sure I was letting the correct person into my home. I will always use Precision from now on. Thanks for such a great experience!

I called Precision at 8:00 AM when our garage door spring broke. They came out and replaced it by noon the same day. I wasn't sure if it was covered under warranty or not because I couldn't find the original paper work. They had all the warranty details on their computer and replaced everything for free. They didn't even charge for the service call. Incredible customer service!

He took care of everything and we decided to buy a new garage door. So John hooked us up with what we needed. Look forward to the new door to be installed. He was great and answered all my questions. We called Precision when our garage door opener wouldn't open or close our door. We were very impressed with our technician, Josh W. He was able to spot the problem with our door right away; a surge had wiped the programming. He was professional, polite and efficient. There was no pressure to buy a new garage door opener, but he did leave us pricing information for future reference. When that time comes we will definitely use Precision for all our needs!

Pricing on parts/labor was about as expected, even with a full rebuild of all mechanical parts on the door being performed (minus the motor/drive system). So very thankful for your professional guys and gals. Brent has been taking care of me (I believe) for the last few years. I made an appointment for a tune-up and also had an issue with the remotes and keypad not working together to lift the door. Brent must be one of the best company employees I have ever had the pleasure to have and work at my home. I am a veteran with head trauma so he is so sweet to explain things that most company employees would never do. I am treated as an appreciated customer vice a number.
