Found your company on line. Listed as service representative for Genie products. Everything went extremely well from the initial phone call to completion of project. The technician listened to my problem, asked a couple of questions, and then offered his solution. He explained everything he was going to do, and then demonstrated that his fix would indeed solve our problem. I asked for an evaluation of what things he would suggest we address to prevent future problems and he explained what and why. I am a retired Design Engineer and know when someone is knowledgeable and truthful. This young man was spot on with what he told me, and I had him perform all of the work he recommended Any future needs I have in this area will definitely will certainly be given to your organization.

David was kind, friendly, & very professional. We had a broken garage door spring, & he replaced both springs & the bearings. He gave me 3 different options, & the process was done so quickly! As I told him, I'm a recent widow, & my husband used to take care of these types of things. He made it all so easy. I also appreciated the email I received last night introducing me to my tech so I made sure I was letting the correct person into my home. I will always use Precision from now on. I called Precision at 8:00 AM when our garage door spring broke. They came out and replaced it by noon the same day. I wasn't sure if it was covered under warranty or not because I couldn't find the original paper work. They had all the warranty details on their computer and replaced everything for free. They didn't even charge for the service call. Incredible customer service!

John came out to service our current garage door. It had been screeching when opening the door. He noticed the spring had broke and the bearings needed service. I didn't realize the spring broke. He took care of everything and we decided to buy a new garage door. So John hooked us up with what we needed. Look forward to the new door to be installed. He was great and answered all my questions. We called Precision when our garage door opener wouldn't open or close our door. We were very impressed with our technician, Josh W. He was able to spot the problem with our door right away; a surge had wiped the programming. He was professional, polite and efficient. There was no pressure to buy a new garage door opener, but he did leave us pricing information for future reference. When that time comes we will definitely use Precision for all our needs!

Pricing on parts/labor was about as expected, even with a full rebuild of all mechanical parts on the door being performed (minus the motor/drive system). There realize there are back logs in many manufacturing areas. I experienced one in trying to replace my double garage door. The first company contacted postponed the work for nearly 12 weeks. I finally contacted Precision and after a visit from them signed a contract. The new door, rails, spring and gaskets were delivered and installed, as contracted, 10 days later. I could not be happier. My new door is made of the highest quality material. The workmanship is outstanding and I am a happy camper. The installers were courteous, highly qualified and worked hard to install the door in less than 3 hours.
