Levi came and knocked out a spring and cable repair. He was super professional and fast. We chatted about some toys I had in the garage, one of them being my mountain bike. He said he had to sell his to pay some bills and he was saving for another. Give these kids a raise!

John came out to service our current garage door. It had been screeching when opening the door. He noticed the spring had broke and the bearings needed service. I didn't realize the spring broke. He took care of everything and we decided to buy a new garage door. So John hooked us up with what we needed. Look forward to the new door to be installed. He was great and answered all my questions. We called Precision when our garage door opener wouldn't open or close our door. We were very impressed with our technician, Josh W. He was able to spot the problem with our door right away; a surge had wiped the programming. He was professional, polite and efficient. There was no pressure to buy a new garage door opener, but he did leave us pricing information for future reference. When that time comes we will definitely use Precision for all our needs!

Pricing on parts/labor was about as expected, even with a full rebuild of all mechanical parts on the door being performed (minus the motor/drive system). So very thankful for your professional guys and gals. Brent has been taking care of me (I believe) for the last few years. I made an appointment for a tune-up and also had an issue with the remotes and keypad not working together to lift the door. Brent must be one of the best company employees I have ever had the pleasure to have and work at my home. I am a veteran with head trauma so he is so sweet to explain things that most company employees would never do. I am treated as an appreciated customer vice a number. 5 STAR! Very quick and professional service. I had the springs replaced, wheels, wires, pulleys, (basically all moving parts on the garage door) Great price for repair parts and the technician fees/inspect fee. Decided to go with the lifetime warranty plan and like the peace of mind knowing if any parts go bad will be fixed and not cost other than the service charge. The company I worked with did a great job representing the brand name with great customer service and quality. My Garage door has never been more quit and smoothly operational.
