I called Precision to repair my door. After review, I discovered my spring snapped into two segments. Precision had installed my Sister's door, opener ext... I knew she was satisfied with her service so I knew that is the company to phone for service and I was correct. Rick arrived and in less than 2 hours I had a perfectly working garage door. Springs changed, rollers replaced, new bearings, cable drums replaced. The price was fair for service rendered. I would absolutely call Prescision again when needed and would recommend they to family and friends!

Had an issue with one of my garage doors,I called percision and was able to get an appt that day . The technician that came out was John H. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. It was not an easy fix ,but John got it done and fixed the door . He was very courteous and explained everything in detail.

In 2011, I had a overhaul to my existing garage door which included everything but the door and opener. A few weeks ago, another spring broke. I pulled my paperwork attached to the door and noticed a hand written explanation of “Lifetime Warranty “ on ALL parts rendered. I showed my receipt to the technician who expressed the company was bought out recently and they will not honor the warranty. Don’t assume a trustworthy company will uphold the liability from the previous owners!!! The technician apologized, phoned Precision with my receipt in hand and still would not honor the previous work. I was told by the technician that everything you have paid for previously shown on this receipt is no where near what we quote today. I had the word done due to bad weather and time; however, I will never give honor for future work with a company who does not honor past patrons.

There realize there are back logs in many manufacturing areas. I experienced one in trying to replace my double garage door. The first company contacted postponed the work for nearly 12 weeks. I finally contacted Precision and after a visit from them signed a contract. The new door, rails, spring and gaskets were delivered and installed, as contracted, 10 days later. I could not be happier. My new door is made of the highest quality material. The workmanship is outstanding and I am a happy camper. The installers were courteous, highly qualified and worked hard to install the door in less than 3 hours.

Found your company on line. Listed as service representative for Genie products. Everything went extremely well from the initial phone call to completion of project. The technician listened to my problem, asked a couple of questions, and then offered his solution. He explained everything he was going to do, and then demonstrated that his fix would indeed solve our problem. I asked for an evaluation of what things he would suggest we address to prevent future problems and he explained what and why. I am a retired Design Engineer and know when someone is knowledgeable and truthful. This young man was spot on with what he told me, and I had him perform all of the work he recommended Any future needs I have in this area will definitely will certainly be given to your organization.

David was kind, friendly, & very professional. We had a broken garage door spring, & he replaced both springs & the bearings. He gave me 3 different options, & the process was done so quickly! As I told him, I'm a recent widow, & my husband used to take care of these types of things. He made it all so easy. I also appreciated the email I received last night introducing me to my tech so I made sure I was letting the correct person into my home. I will always use Precision from now on. I called Precision at 8:00 AM when our garage door spring broke. They came out and replaced it by noon the same day. I wasn't sure if it was covered under warranty or not because I couldn't find the original paper work. They had all the warranty details on their computer and replaced everything for free. They didn't even charge for the service call. Incredible customer service!
