Service engineer was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. No complaints here. Pricing on parts/labor was about as expected, even with a full rebuild of all mechanical parts on the door being performed (minus the motor/drive system). 5 STAR! Very quick and professional service. I had the springs replaced, wheels, wires, pulleys, (basically all moving parts on the garage door) Great price for repair parts and the technician fees/inspect fee. Decided to go with the lifetime warranty plan and like the peace of mind knowing if any parts go bad will be fixed and not cost other than the service charge. The company I worked with did a great job representing the brand name with great customer service and quality. My Garage door has never been more quit and smoothly operational. I found Precision Doors on Angie's List with superior reviews. Prior to Angie's List, I had a garage door business rep. that was average and expensive for the small amount of work that was required. Precision Doors are on my 'favorites list' and I share this company with anyone that asks me about a professional garage door company. Their prices are excellent reasonable. Also, on the initial service call, the technician 'Brent' performed a tune-up, changed out the door rollers for needed reasons, adjusted the springs and a few other adjustments. Brent was on time that day and today. He is always professional, thorough, informative and just a super guy representing the Precision Door Company. We are very blessed and thankful.

We received a garage door tuneup promotion on Angies List and wanted to have our garage door serviced since it has been a few years. We noted that Precision Door Service has an 'A' rating. In 2011 we called a local garage door company to install a pin pad to open the garage door from the outside. The previous technician with another company DID NOT state that the builder installed the wrong size of springs on our garage door. Brent let us know that single size springs on a double door will wear down the motor faster and keep the door from a 'holding' position. We asked Brent to take out the old springs and install the proper size. We now have a 'professional' technician and a professional company and we will be sharing your great services and prices with our neighbors. Thank you Brent and God bless you.
